I usually will eat at the Ichiban ramen next to this shop . But today I feel like I want to visit this restaurant just to try something new . This place is by far the worst I've ever been to . I ordered Volcano Ramen and it came cold , I told the waiter malay guy that the soup is cold , to my suprise he said , no this is hot this is hot and refuse my service for the soup to be taken back to the kitchen . When it came back to me I'm again very suprise that they just microwave the whole thing . And it made the noodles over cooked and the veggies to be completely soft . I'm already feeling wanna throw my tantrum to these fellas but I don't think arguing with someone less intelligent is that worth it since I know they're not gonna admit that they're at fault . So , the I ordered the noodles with side dishes and add on half boiled egg . And again all cold , with the boiled egg tasted so cold u can immediately tell that it just came out of freezer . All in all , horrible experience.
Here's my 2 cents , I work in FnB too for a very long time , this is my 1st time to ever encounter such failed restaurant running by 2 untrained and unprofessional staff . With the restaurant empty , with cold food , and a total failed service by the crew , I can tell yall that these people here is just based on they just wanna work and go home . So if this issues has been reviewed by a lot of customers here , what is the point to even open the restaurant ??? Such a disgrace and disgusting to open a restaurant just to show people you are selling food but the whole experience is rubbish .
Please people do not come here ever again . Yall need to change the service staff and hire...

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at your restaurant.
During my visit, I expressed to your service staff that I preferred not to use the QR code scanning system to place my order, as I am concerned about data privacy and potential security risks associated with such applications. I politely requested to order manually through the staff.
Unfortunately, the response I received from one of your crew members was highly unprofessional. He dismissively told me that manual ordering was not possible, further suggesting that I should “fix my scanner” and even implying that I could not afford one. Such remarks are not only inappropriate but also deeply disrespectful to customers.
Due to this unacceptable attitude and the lack of respect for customer choice, I felt compelled to leave without dining. I believe this reflects poorly on your brand and undermines the customer service standards one would reasonably expect.
I kindly urge Sukiya to review both its service approach and its rigid reliance on QR-based ordering, as not all customers are comfortable or able to comply with such methods. Respecting customer choice is essential in maintaining trust and ensuring a positive dining experience.
At this point, I cannot recommend your restaurant to others and sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously to improve both staff training and customer service ...

Already seated, and food arrived. When I asked for tissue paper, instead of providing my table the tissue paper, staff pointed me the location of the tissue paper (near cashier).
When my kid wanted extra rice, I called the staff to order as the barcode to order has expired. Instead of taking my order which should just cut the story short, she then:
Called another staff. Who asked me what I need when in fact, I already told the earlier staff what I needed . When I placed my order to the 2nd staff, instead of processing my order, she made the process longer by bothering to print a new barcode, came back to the table, and asked me to order.
To which I told her, if thats the case then I don't want to order as it doesn't look like she is helping at all
This is my 2nd BAD experience with this Sukiya branch despite food being good. Will not repeat this Sukiya branch because of the POOR customer service
All staff should be attentive when customer arrive, at least acknowledge and smile at customer. This one... none.. NONE bothered to smile when called.
Even to the point of payment at cashier, NO acknowledgement , smile or EVEN a THANK YOU for dining here at SUKIYA 163 by the staff.
Not repeating this place. I hope the shop management look at this and take steps to improve.
