Talad Noi – Thai Food Market

Authentic Thai Street Flavors in a Casual Setting

Tucked along a lively shoplot row, Talad Noi – Thai Food Market brings a slice of Thailand’s bustling street food culture into a casual yet welcoming dining environment. The restaurant offers both alfresco seating, perfect for those who enjoy the lively outdoor vibe, and a bright, minimalist indoor space furnished with marble-top tables and cooling air-conditioning.

What sets Talad Noi apart is its dedication to authentic Thai flavors prepared with fresh ingredients. The menu features a well-curated selection of classics: • Fresh Herb & Noodle Platter – A vibrant combination of rice noodles, cucumber, chilies, garlic, and herbs served with grilled sausage, inviting diners to wrap, dip, and savor each bite with bold Thai sauces. • Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Skewers) – Juicy, well-marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection, balancing sweet, smoky, and savory notes, a true crowd favorite. • Claypot Thai Hotpot – Served in a traditional claypot, this comforting dish brings together marinated meats, seafood sticks, mushrooms, leafy greens, and an egg for richness. The spicy-sour dipping sauces on the side complete the experience.

Service is straightforward and friendly, while the atmosphere encourages both family-style dining and casual gatherings with friends. The inclusion of a small Thai grocery corner adds a unique touch, allowing guests to bring home a taste of Thailand after their meal.

Overall, Talad Noi – Thai Food Market delivers on its promise: authentic taste, real ingredients, and the charm of Thai street food, right here in town. It’s a spot worth returning to, whether for a simple weekday dinner or a leisurely...

I was attracted by the Facebook ads about this place. The first impression that I have was below my expectation. The environment is so so only, and most of the food price is slightly above average.

I have ordered their TomYum Mama mee, comes with few middle sized prawn and 2 sotong. Portion is quite small for that price. I would say 夜宵食堂 or even the Thai stall near Taman Connaught would taste better. The food just gives out an impression that I could cook at home by myself, although I know it is Mama mee.

Other than that, I have ordered Thai Style Grilled Pork Skewers. I have to give some compliment for this dishes. It really tastes nice. Served with their specialise Thai sauce, it just mixed so well.

For beverage wise, I have ordered their Thai Green tea, nothing special because the green tea taste is quite diluted, heavily depends on the concentrated sweet milk. Probably the only special things is the way they served their drink in a mug.

Price : 🌟🌟🌟 (Quite Expensive) Food: 🌟🌟🌟 (Just Okay) Environment: 🌟🌟🌟 (Need Improvement) Services: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ( Quite fast, but because of no customer all employee sit at one corner doing nothing)

Will I come again?...
