Tap Tap undeniably has an otherworldly and trendy aesthetic, making it a popular spot for young people to hang out with friends. However, there are some aspects that need to be improved.

While the cave-like interior is unique, it desperately needs more airflow. The place can get uncomfortably stuffy, especially during peak hours, sometimes even developing a sweaty smell. The cocktails don't quite hit the mark in terms of taste. They often lean towards sugary and juicy, lacking the depth of flavor that discerning drinkers might look for. The pre-mixed nature from the tap limits customization (e.g. you can't ask for no sugar) and feels more like a gimmick than a thoughtful concept. The presentation of each drink is also the same and not creative, just drink in a glass. The food, unfortunately, falls short, giving pre-made and microwaved dishes that lack taste and freshness.

Tap tap has kinda bad service. First of all the tables aren’t up to standard as a place that focus to serve alcohol. The table weren’t sturdy, a small accident occurred last friday night as I bump into one of the table and the table flipped totally. But fortunately only a few glass were broken and the rest were my own alcohol bottles (on my own expense) Yet one of the waitress at tap tap came over and rage at me said "you should pay for the loss" She was rude and loud, is this how you guys treat your customer?! To pile on bad news they charged me RM177 for a few glasses! Where is the proof of bill for such expensive glasses?! But since I was already tipsy and embarrassed of the incident I paid the bill. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very very bad service! Waitress shouting at customer over an accident that we paid off! Service was very poor. Our reservation was not captured in the system and we were asked to sit at another table which was reserved for a later timing. However we were told to move to another table when the people who reserved that table came one hour earlier. Our food order was also not fulfilled whereas people who came after us got their food order. Cocktails we ordered were mediocre.

Update to owner’s reply: To clarify, we made our booking on Friday, 8.30pm and also showed the booking confirmation message to your staff. It was ridiculous that we were asked to move from table to table without any help from your service staff despite our correct reservation. Hopefully the business improves the operation processes to provide a better service to its clients. We were looking forward to the visit but left the bar...
