Got cheated two times!
First, they mistakenly call out our number which is 195. We picked up the order that was served in hurry because my friend need to use the bathroom. At first we was shocked bcs of the order was in a dine in where it supposed to be a takeaway. But we just requested another plastic bcs there’s no staff that checked the order to make sure it was ours. And when we arrived home we was shocked to see it was 193’s order. Though we was a bit raged we accepted that it was also our fault bcs we doesn’t checked the receipt number just to stay optimistic. But as we recall the number appeared on the screen was 195 so it’s technically their fault. So we went there again and when we explain to the counter they doesn’t even care and just let us take our 195’s order and leave the 193.
And here goes the second mistake!
Although we checked our items this time before heading home, we didn’t count the chicken bcs it was in the box. And second it was not our JOB to make sure our order was put correctly. And to our surprise the chicken was one short. They even left out our sides which is fries and one large coke! ONE less chicken and sides is not a small matter! It was from their so called starbox where it supposedly one burger, one chicken, a large coke and a mashed potato and my friend paid RM18 just to receive a burger.
Please ban this store from your list!!! Please for your safety of your rights! Because they didn’t even picked up calls when we called them 9 times!...

All menu items are not clearly displayed either so specials are not clearly communicated until u reach your turn and reach the front counter. This delays things even further.. Bloody funny service. The funniest thing? The moment it was my turn the lady said they only have chicken today! Nothing else! After waiting in the que for 20 minutes!

Read more3 person are in counter. But no one can even take an opportunity to respond to take order but can help to pack chicken for online order. Cashier named Zuliza Binti Ahmad didn't even have the courtesy to ask apologies to make me wait that long as well very rude. Only the Manager of the restaurant have the courtesy in order to ask whether order has been taken. Only after that, the Cashier Zuliza took the order very rudely and talking in speed as though wanted to focus only on going back. Plz be more courteous and treat customer well.... Only Texas Chicken name getting damaged now with such negative review because of one...
