If you're thinking of getting a drink in store, I would recommend you order via app and then coming to pick up once it's ready only for this branch.
Delivery orders gets more priority than the people in store that I had to wait almost half an hour just to grab a simple cup of latte even though the delivery orders was piled up yet there was no one to pick it up. I understand that they make it so that the riders can just pick up and go but I don't understand the way they make delivery orders are on their top hierarchy than paying customers in the store.
Credits where it's due, at least the taste and presentation of my drinks doesn't change when compared to other branches. But thoroughly disappointed in the service of the store. I believe there's a high chance of them improving the service as a whole so that future customers won't end up with the same...

Customer service was excellent during our visit as the Spanish Latte was shown 'out of stock" in the App. When we checked with the staff, the staff honestly replied it is available. He took the effort to call his manager to sort out the branch's App, and made the item available to be ordered. Kudos to the young male staff.
However, the hygiene of the store and washroom was really bad. The floor was dirty, the bin was full, the table was not cleaned. I understand, they are probably under staff. Only 2 staff were working on Sunday evening. But the environment really put me off to sit and sip my coffee there.

Ordered through the app and waited almost 30 minutes, even though it wasn’t a busy period at all. After all that time, I was only told that the Coconut Latte was out of stock – and was forced to change to a regular latte. No offer to refund the price difference, even though Coconut Latte costs more.
To make things worse, there were five staff members behind the counter, but only one or two were actually working. The rest were just standing around doing nothing. No updates, no initiative, no apology unless asked.
