ZUS Coffee - The Link, Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

After finish breakfast nearby I decided to order coffee here for morning fix. Ordered Spanish Latte.

It was my first time trying Spanish latte and I loved it. I always a fan for caramel and first time notice this combination after trying so many time zus. It is definitely on the sweet side due to the caramel but it match perfectly with the coffee.

As I was the only customer that time, when I finish my order and haven’t started to pay the other staff already started to brew my coffee so I get it very fast like within 1 minute after pay. Kudos to the staff attentiveness.

Place are super cold too and the food glass are all frosty. Glad that I found my mix and can order this...

As an elite ZUS member, I expected a higher standard, but this outlet has let me down. The service was exceptionally slow; I had to wait 20 minutes in my car even though my coffee was already done. They didn't update the status on the app, so I had no idea it was ready.

Moreover, they failed to follow my specific instructions. I requested my Spanish latte to be mixed, but they didn't comply. The outlet wasn't even busy at the time, which makes this oversight more frustrating.

When I ordered my usual - Hot Buttercreme Latte - from this branch, it ended up tasting just like milk. I could barely taste any buttercreme. I essentially paid around RM10 for slightly flavoured milk. It was really really disappointing to say the least. I mean even the colour of the drink was incredibly pale, like milk.. Understand this is a new branch but really hoping Zus will do something about the quality control at this branch. Would be a shame if I had to look for other coffee shop options...
