A hidden but wonderful little cafe situated on the 2nd floor right on top of Good Taste Restaurant @ Jalil Link. The price range is typically between RM16.90 to RM29.90 for the mains excluding tax, but it’s worth it for the food given the taste & portion. It’s officially one of the best cafe on my list now in Bukit Jalil, would love to be back to try more of their food
Plating/presentation of the food and choice of crockery are great too. You can really see that even though it’s a small cafe but it’s well managed with a lot of thoughts and heart by the owner, with different corner decked with cute little decors & plants.
Tried their Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken Chop & Big Breakfast. Both were so good you can taste the freshness of each ingredient used. The pesto sauce & pasta I believe are homemade, the sauce is nice with the right amount of saltiness (some I tasted were a tad too salty), the amount of chicken that comes with the pesto were generous too!
Love the amount of mushrooms given in the Big Breakfast and also the garlic & black pepper added to the baked beans which further enhanced the flavour, not just the normal baked beans which were heated right out from the can. Overall the big breakfast portion is definitely enough for 2 pax but would definitely appreciate it more if more cuts of meat & eggs are given 🤭 and it’s still one of the better Big Breakfast...
Read moreThis spot offers a nice ambience and a quiet environment, making it ideal for reading or working. We haven’t tried the food yet, but the drinks and cake were quite decent. The only downside was the service—it didn’t feel particularly welcoming. We came in around 4.15pm while the cafe is closing at 5.30pm. No greetings, and just cold tone throughout the ordering. Around 4.45pm we're informed that the kitchen is closing and whether we need anymore ordering. Close to 5.15pm, one of the waitress came to collect the plate, which we'd not finished eating the cake. We hurrily finished it to allow them to collect the plates. After that, we don't feel comfortable sitting in the cafe anymore, with the impression that they're rushing to closing, so we left around 5.25pm. They'd already start sweeping and cleaning the floor. Overall, it's a nice place just that the service made us reluctant to come back. Hope to see...
