Pizza Hut Restaurant Kuah Langkawi — Restaurant in Kedah

Had the worst experience.. not the first time occurence but 3 or 4 visits there yet the service remains bad.. everytime when ordering food at this pizza hut, always the worst service. As usual this time i went and ordered mushroom soup garlic bread and sprite. Order was taken, paid, and after 15mins when order was reached i asked for spoon since i ordered mushroom soup, and the staff by the name Najwa so rudely said no cutlery, and also there is no chilli sauce. And this is not the first time.. more than 3 times and same thing, no cutlery and no sauce.. and more worse is the drink ordered sprite and a can sprite was given .. not even a cup with ice.. might as well buy from outside shop.. and when asked how to drink the soup without spoon the staff Najwa just rudely said if dont have means dont have la and just walked off.. staff behaviour is bad and service is very bad.. please improve and teach some manners...

This is my first time visit here .. good place ,good taste and good price .. but why i give 1star here .. because i never visit here and i was order in 1st floor, they didnt tell me if only take away if you order at 1st floor .. when i said i will dine in here they said ," we ask our manager first" ,we waiting than no answered .. then they said if we will dine in it will charge 5RM or order again at 2nd floor. OK we agreed, then we moved to 2nd floor. But their team looked at our table and discussed to their friend, that was unpolite .. and after all, we pay to 1st floor again and they "chirping" with other staff and give my money change with no smile and rolling eyes .oh please, i never go there and why their staff not asking or give information the differences of order at 1st floor and...

Beside the poor dining experience and service, I was charged double for the chicken wings.I had ordered one portion for 2 pcs. But was surprised to be informed by cashier that I had placed Repeat orders. I explained that if I wanted 4 pcs., I would have placed an order for 4 pcs at one go.The staff just couldn't be bothered with my explanation that there could be some error in the 'ordering system'.To make matters worse, they make it seemed like I was a cheat and not willing to pay for what I ate.So I just paid the bill and left.Very disappointed that your staff does not know how to deal with the situation in a...
