Teo Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

Decided to come here since we are at Kuah town after buying our wines.

A lot of local people patronise this restaurant and food took longer time to be served.

We had:- Dry Chili Frog meat @ RM 22.00 Sweet and Sour Pork @ RM 18.00 Lotus Root with Pork Rib Soup @ RM 8.00 Claypot Oyster Chicken @ RM 18.00

Total bill for 2 adults 1 kid @ RM 73.00

Sweet and Sour Pork was good as the sauce unlike Klang Valley one was sweeter and more on the can paste kind.

Food here was more homecooked non msg kind but the soup was a let down. Not the kind slow boiled and was watery

4 days in Langkawi, this place had the best food hands down. Ate here twice for lunch. Both times we ordered lots of seafood and other dishes. The best dish we tried was their Asam Fish, perfect balance of sour and spicy, the fish was fresh and tasty. Another favorite was their fried squid or "sotong" as we Malaysians say, and it was very fresh. All dishes are well prepared. Service is excellent, friendly staff. We did not have to wait long for our drinks and food even though there were 9 of us eating. Definitely would come back here again if I come to Langkawi.
