PATIO Cafe & Dining Langkawi — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

The service was fine, no complaints there, however, we ordered 3 full breakfasts and they came back that they didn’t have enough to ingredients to make 3. The place had one other customer there 🤷🏻‍♂️. So I decided to help them out and ordered the EggS Benedict instead.

The 2 full breakfasts came and they looked pretty good, so was looking forward to the eggs Benedict. It came much later and there was only ONE egg on a piece of small bread with a tiny amount of avocado. This is not most people’s idea of what an eggs Benedict is -but ho hum - suck it up and eat. Unfortunately, it was stone cold (I did get a replacement, after I asked)

My other issue is they charge premium prices for substandard dishes and they even had the gall to charge rm13 for cheap Boh tea and an extra RM3.50 extra for a tiny bit of milk to go in the tea! I have never ever been charged milk extra for tea. When I asked about it I was greeted by laughter. A really unpleasant experience overall.

Obviously, this is just my experience, and yours may be much better, but be warned don’t expect the food to justify the prices and not get an extra charge for milk in your tea.

The full breakfast you served looked very nice, but the Egg Benedict was poor quality for the price - one small piece of toast one egg and a miniscule amount of avocado is not good value at Rm27 - Every place I have ordered it at least has two eggs (one for each half of an English muffin) -For this, however, I wouldnt have written this review - I wrote it because you charged RM3.50 for milk in the tea - that shocked us and was made worse by laughing at me when I queried it. You can call it a mistake if you want but the lady I asked seemed quite sure that was your policy - you may want to revisit...

I have never faced something like that in my whole life! I was there to have a dinner and requested a table for 4, we had sit inside and the restaurant doesn’t look so crowded, we requested some main dishes and was informed that they don’t have salmon, then I changed to steak, I ordered orange juice to my son, they said the orange juice was finished, was offered apple juice and I accepted it, after 10 min they come back and said the apple juice was not available as well, I ordered together the steak two carbonara pasta, they came after 30 min and said they can just provide one, we accepted since our kids were hungry, after one hour they simply come to me and said there is no more food to sell to my table, the worst of all is that they were serving food to other tables but for my they have just informed that no food more available AFTER MORE THAN ONE HOUR???? When I have questioned them they said it was because the other table had a reservation? What? Why they didn’t say nothing when I asked table for four? It was incredible! I had a fantastic dining experience at patio cafe &Dining. we eaten here beef burger and aglio olio chicken every dish we tried was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with quality ingredients.

From the moment the food arrived, you could tell care went into every detail. The flavors were well-balanced — bold but not overpowering, and everything was cooked to perfection. Whether it was the tender meat, fresh vegetables, or perfectly seasoned sides, each bite was satisfying and memorable.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a great meal, and leave already thinking about what to try next time.
