We saw the raving reviews on Google and decide to head here to try. 4 adults, 3 young children ordered 8 dishes. We were almost sure we can't finish all the food. But when the first dish was served (which was the mutton claypot), it was cleared off in record time. Food was so good that we came back the next evening! For those who love 🔥 spice, ask for their home made Belachan and Thai chilli. They were so good and added different layers to the fried rice and fried food ! Must try ! Boss, who is also the chef, had many years of experience working as a private chef and he recommended us a few dishes which were his speciality. We will def head back again if we were to visit Langkawi again. Day 1 dishes Chai po steam fish (must order) Deep fried sotong (must order) Herbal prawn (must order) Shark fin soup Deep fried pork Seafood tofu Lala Seafood fried rice Mutton claypot (must order)
Day 2 dishes Nonya fish (chef speciality but we prefer chaipo fish) Mutton claypot (too good. So order again) Herbal chicken Fried pork trotter (must order) Steam frog...

Read moreThis small, unassuming restaurant truly exceeded our expectations with its delicious dishes. We tried the pork knuckle, cockles, salted fish kailan, tom yum soup, oyster egg, and chicken wings, and every item was surprisingly tasty.
The oysters were impressively large, even bigger than a thumb, and the seafood tom yum soup was packed with fish, prawns, and lala. The cockles were perfectly half-cooked and incredibly fresh, while the pork knuckle was crispy and crunchy, with just the right amount of fat.
The prices are very reasonable, with clear listings on the menu for both small (S) and large (L) portion options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food at...
