I visited Flamez a few weeks ago with my husband and my toddler by chance as we stumbled upon this restaurant on Google Maps. We were the very first ones there as the restaurant just opened up for lunch and first impression is that the environment of the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The ambient is cosy too with personal photos of the owner from his travels and some board games at one corner with small vases of plants on the tables. We ordered our food and waited about 15 to 20 minutes and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We had the Hawaiian Quarter Pounder Pork burger, Chicken Mushroom Sherperd's Pie and Brazilian Angus Striploin and let me just say, the food were all well seasoned and amazing!! We loved all of it and only wish we could try their other dishes. The Sherperd's pie really did feel like it was made by your mum or grandmother who put a lot of love into it. The chicken was moist in cream based sauce and the mash on the top is just buttery smooth. The burger patty is seasoned well and the cajun flavor was prominent. The striploin itself was tender and juicy served with fragrant mushroom rice. If you enjoy strong and well seasoned dishes, this place is the one for you. Me and my husband and even our toddler personally enjoy stronger flavours for our food that has a lot of herbs and spices. For customers who might assumed there isn't anyone serving from a previous review, give it maybe 5 minutes or head to the kitchen for the chef (although it might seem odd). They are currently understaffed but do give this place a chance. The food is really good and the chef truly puts his time and effort into serving his customers quality and reasonably priced food. I will definitely be coming here again and again whenever...
Read moreFirst time dining at Flamez and it absolutely lived up to the name.
We ordered the pumpkin soup, pork chop, cheeseburger, grilled chicken salad, and finished the meal with a warm brownie topped with vanilla cream. Every dish had its own standout moment.
The pumpkin soup was hands down my favorite. Creamy, comforting, and full of flavor. I’d honestly come back just for that alone.
The pork chop was juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection. It had that rich, smoky flavor you hope for but rarely get.
The cheeseburger was everything a good burger should be. Thick, juicy patty, gooey cheese, and a soft, toasted bun. Simple, satisfying, and delicious.
The grilled chicken salad was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions of tender chicken. A great option if you’re looking for something lighter without sacrificing taste.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. On top of that, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better.

Read morePosted a delayed field report for Flamez. Visited on 08 Apr 2023. Searched on Google Map, just next door to the satay celup we visited the day before. Didn’t expect much as 1st time there and already near 720pm, we the only table. This scares us. Haha It turns out, food was great. Beef taste superb, still juicy inside while outside look dry. My burger was great, fish & chip was nice. Lemon tea was not too sweet which my mum says is good. Best of all is their Ice Milo, which my son ordered 3 glasses. He ate the garlic bread and finished more than half the beef. Son is picky at food, if he takes these much, means food is nice and suits his taste. ;)
Friendly & nice couple manning the shop. This is the kind of shop that we should support. Price may not be as low but food is worth the try. Furthermore, the food is much nicer as compared to the popular famous brand that my mum went few weeks before. Those who want to go, do note they open 12pm onwards and...
