easy to park & free parking. spacious & well ventilated. price wise is very affordable. some said the half boil eggs are expensive but they're using a high grade eggs. food taste so good especially the kaya butter, tiger skin & the egg sandwich. the homemade kaya is sooo sedapp the coffee is even better. so rich, tasty and not that sweet fast service. food came out less than 5 minutes depending on the turnover. dont forget to try the curry chee cheong fun!
