Starbucks - Lotus's Melaka — Restaurant in Malacca

made the wrong order. instead of making the one with coffee, they made the one without coffee (the cashier entered the order wrongly). Ordered the so called new smoke butterscotch drink, and I got the one without coffee, without the cashier confirming it with me (aren't the one with coffee should be the default order since it's Starbuck's COFFEE?). They don't bother to remake the drink, and yes I couldn't drink it as the taste was bland and just purely sugar syrup on ice. and the baristas took my receipt hence i couldnt made official complaint to the...

yesterday, I bought Mushroom Danish at Starbucks (dine in). After 20 minutes, the staff came to inform me, sorry there was a mistake because the food had been bought by another customer and asked if I wanted a refund or wait for him to cook it again which would take an hour. so I choose refund. but I told him that I was the first to order because there were no other customers before me. This is not a small mistake but a big one. I should get more than a refund.

I'm a Starbucks lover.. Among all the Starbucks branches. This was the worst.. Been here for drive through and dine in as well.. Customer service was really bad when I dine in.. No smiles, no greet, straight to the point.. Wasn't friendly compared to other branches.. Environment was okay to dine in. Its really spacious.. There's alot of people pass by, since its in the mall.. Do hope they improve...
