I recently visited this restaurant and ordered some toasted bread, but unfortunately, it was moldy. When I informed the staff/lady boss, her attitude was very unfriendly, and she even raised up her voice, insisting that the bread was just bought yesterday. Although she did replace the bread for me, at first, she only swapped out half of it (which is the mold part). After I requested again, she finally provided a completely new one. I hope this lady boss/staff can improve her service attitude, especially when it's clearly their mistake, and handle customer complaints more professionally. Also, food quality needs to be strictly checked to avoid such incidents...
