Coals on the Beach — Restaurant in Pahang

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights at Hyatt Regency Resort, but we truly consumed the best served food at "Coals on the Beach" - Restaurant twice. Big compliment to the chef cook, who absolutely take care of his guests and individually takes time for everyone's wish. One can see how he's inspired of making his own guests happy by serving great food. He explained us every single dish of the menu card and told us how the kitchen crew prepares the food. On our second visit there has been an event with many people, so we had to wait a little longer (not even 10 minutes). As an excuse the chef cook serves some local extra dishes at his charge, which was an extremely nice touch! All in all the taste of the dishes was outstanding and phenomenal. The location of the restaurant is extraordinary...right on the beach!! The white sand and the sea is right in front of you while you're dining. You would feel the breeze while you enjoy your meal. What a breathtaking view and everything was so beautiful. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Purchased their chill & grill which is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. It was a beautiful Saturday evening. However, I feel the menu could have been better for the price purchased. Taste wise, the grilled lamb, grilled fish and the desserts were excellent. Exquisite atmosphere, perfect for a proposal, the wind and the breeze and the beach and the sand is amazing. Really I'll say a 5 star venue with a 5 star atmosphere.

The only reason I'll rate this place a 4 is I wished there was more to their menu..

But a fantastic experience...
