For my experiences, enough for a few time i've been there. Like usually i like to make an order take away or dine in. but most of all bad experiences. I eat with full of anger & dissappointed and not finger licking good at all. its just my middle finger not so good. btw back to customer service are so so bad. and i dunno where i can start. the chicken are not fresh. Cold chicken. the chicken are to small. The chicken look so awful. haha not exactly looks like in the ads. Always looks fresh and big. Sometime no stock for coleslaw. idk why always no stock. And they expect people have to read the small memo on the table. The Cashier also did'nt tell but after pay only they tell. Are they sleep on the job? not worth it with the money i spend. so i prefer go to another outlet of kfc. rather than go to KFC Teluk Chempedak. Overall i'm just frustrated and trauma to go there. Read moreThe food was overall good and fresh, the KFC standard well-kept, and the drinks were overall alright as well. The self-ordering machine was functioning well and proper and we were able to get our order logged in. Everything was overall satisfactory except for the environment, which was not very satisfactory. The toilet's condition could have been a bit cleaner as it was very very wet, muddy and the smell could be smelt from the sitting area. Secondly, the ceiling, as i noticed, had water leakage internally which caused the plaster ceiling to start peeling and causes the ceiling to be softer and a risk of it collapsing is high. Now as a safety precaution, fixing the ceiling would be one of the best thing to fix at this moment as it concerns everyone's safety and life. An accident could happen if the plaster ceiling went too soft one day and collapses and it would be best...
Read moreBad service,I want order nasi lemak set ,but the selfserve kiosk was blank ,when I ask the staff,she only at the kitchen there say "ya ,have",I mention when I select nasi lemak,the page was blank,but she not reply me anymore. At last I click the "assistant" button provided at the kiosk,only their manager came out to adjust the hide item. The issue is,when I talk to the staff earlier that I can't found the nasi lemak,the manager is just beside ,why she not immediately come out and need me click the assistant button...
