A local good friend recommended this place for BKT and vinegar pork trotter and told us beforehand that the noodle/breakfast is just mediocre. We came anyway for breakfast and ordered :-
Verdict : Service with an attitude! The stupid indon worker got yelling from me for showing her bloody attitude when we requested for cut chillies which were supposed to come with our noodles. After ignoring our request for a good few times, we reminded her again only to be met with obvious discontentment for needing to attend to us again. She complained to her boss about us and I overheard! That was the last straw as we also felt some air of condescension from the boss too when we placed our order. One must stand up for our rights as a consumer as this little commotion changed the boss's attitude towards us too. He was more courteous after! 🍜If you're in for tangy noodles with rich thick curry, especially in cold weather, Cottage Delight is perfect. Locals in Cameron Highlands gather here daily for the cuisine, and this is a favourite 'yam cha' spot.

🚶♂️We were lucky enough to come in the morning, as it was already quite packed with customers. We chanced upon the dry curry noodles and the fish-paste dishes (yong tau foo). It was so RICH, we had to order a second helping. The meals are also perfect for vegetarians. 2 of my buddies, being vegetarians, thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
☕This is a must-visit in Cameron Highlands, should you wish for authentic curry noodles, and a chill place...
Read moreMy family and I have been visiting this eatery everyday for breakfast during our stay in Cameron Highlands. We love the food there. They served very nice curry noodles, wanton mee, handmade Yong tau foo, traditional toasted bread and many other food options. I love their toast as it reminds me of the ones I had during my childhood. The wanton noodles were yummy too. However, the place can get crowded after 8am so be sure to get there early. The service there was great too. The boss and the helpers were very friendly and polite. Will definitely go back again when we visit Cameron...
