They need to give extra training to their staffs.
14th Dec 2021 : I ordered through counter a happy meal, mcbubur, fried chicken and mcnuggets. I saw they already packed my order but I waited 20 mins my order still at the kitchen so I told the staff to check my order, and then only they told me my spicy fried chicken is still cooking and need to wait 15 mins more. By now only they offer if they could replace it with 3x spicy chicken. I said yes (which they should ask before my 20 mins wait). By the time I got back to the hotel my fries were all cold and hard because of the 15 mins drive plus 20 mins wait.
15th Dec 2021 : I went back and ordered almost the same menu fried chicken, mcnuggets, french fries and mcbubur via drive thru, this time they informed me that I need to wait 30 minutes as they just started cooking, that's good they ask and I said no problem I can wait. What surprised me is that when I'm at the pick up counter, they passed me all the fried chicken, nuggets and french fries and asks me to wait 30 mins. I told the staff how can you pass me all the hot food and ask me to wait for the porridge and by that time all my food will be cold. The staff don't understand my point and kept saying the food is freshly cook. Anyway, miraculously during our argument the porridge is ready.
They need to understand Cameron Highland is a cold place and food gets cold very fast, they should not be passing hot food to us first if there are some orders that needed to wait for 20-30 mins. Please go and train...
Read moreAfter reading many negative reviews about the drive-thru, I opted for onsite order and pickup service, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. We ordered three cups of coffee at 10am and waited for 40 minutes before receiving them. The order queue display was inaccurate and confusing, leading us to believe our order was ready when it wasn't. As we waited, we noticed that customers who arrived before us were waiting even longer, and some had queue numbers that were taken at least 10 orders before us. The staff appeared indifferent to our frustration, and some even seemed to be avoiding eye contact with customers. When the coffee guy finished making the drinks, he realized that the food wasn't ready and went into the kitchen to help out. The drinks were then left sitting out and became cold.
When we requested a refund due to time constraints, we were not given and were met with ignorant and rude behavior from the staff. We would have been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for understaffing or a busy time, but there was barely any traffic at the drive-thru, and we were not in peak hours.
The service was incredibly slow, the staff was inhuman, and the coffee and food were cold. We regretted our decision to stop by.

The tables were a mess, still covered in the leftovers of previous customers, and it was evident that they hadn't been properly wiped down. This lack of cleanliness was quite unappetizing and concerning.
To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. It took an unreasonably long time for my order to be prepared and served. It felt like the "fast" in fast food didn't apply here.
I was also disappointed to find that their washroom for the disabled was unavailable. This was quite inconvenient and frustrating. It’s essential for businesses to ensure accessibility for all customers, and I hope they address this issue promptly to improve the overall experience for everyone.
