I have been passing by this restaurant along Jalan Beserah main road many times before finally making my way here for dinner with the family. The image of crabs next to its name made it even tempting to the home minister who could never get enough of the crustaceans.

Taking 2 units of shoplot, both units are air-conditioned but if alfresco is the way you prefer to enjoy your meal, they do provide tables and chairs outside to enjoy the evening wind and exhaust smoke 😅

◾salt baked crab - the crabs sadly were quite small which was a bit of letdown, because the crabs were fresh and tasted good. ◾steamed prawns with egg white - again, freshness is the key ◾deep fried spring chicken - smaller sized chicken but the meat was still moist and sweet to say the least. ◾Tom yam goong - quite balanced in terms of spiciness and sourish. Prawns were quite big in size too. ◾sweet & sour pork rice - the sonny proceed to clean the plate ◾Cantonese style Yee mee - the girls shared between them.

They have been around for a long time.. and judging from the quality of food, they are going to be here...

We ordered a fish head curry, Salted Egg Squid, Tahu soup, deep fried wonton, ikan billis with petai, and a potato veg. The fish head curry was fabulous. The red snapper was really fresh served with okra, cabbage, long beans, beancurd. The curry was not overpowering. The petai heat lots of ikan bilis that's still crispy. The squid was also crispy and was not overwhelmed with flour. The tahu soup still lacked a bit of an oomph. Overall, it was truly tasty and well done despite them being busy. It is interesting to note that they have their own logo inscriptions on the cockeries which is quite...

They serve chinese tze char food, there's no thai food here. Their food are inexpensive & all quite well cook & taste good despite the crowd. Good food is worth the wait.

Baked Crab is full of umami & bbq sweetness Kam heong crab is alright, perhaps other type of seafood with it will be better.

Sambal kang kong is on the wet side but veg & sambal is fresh .

Stir fried small octopus is shiok.

Petai squid is good too. Petai is not too smelly &...

Highly recommended. Non-halal restaurant. We have been to Kuantan many times but this is the 1st time we went to this restaurant. The waitresses were friendly. Prices are reasonable. Recommended to call for reservations. We ordered all small portions .. Deep Fried Salted Egg with Bitter Gourd (RM10), Crab Meat Tao Fu (RM20) and Thai Lemon Sotong ... sour, sweet and a bit spicy taste 👍(RM58). The food were delicious...😋😋😋 Will surely visit again.
