Forget everything you think you know about curry noodles. Aunty Lisa's stall in Gothong is serving up a bowl of pure magic, a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave you craving more. For a mere RM 11, you're presented with a generous portion of springy noodles bathed in a rich, aromatic curry broth. But the real stars of the show? The mountains of char siew. Tender, succulent, and perfectly caramelized, it's some of the best I've had. Seriously, the char siew to noodle ratio is off the charts! This alone makes it worth the trip. The curry itself is a delightful balance of spice and creaminess, with just the right amount of heat to leave a pleasant tingle on your tongue. It's not overly thick or thin, clinging perfectly to the noodles and char siew.

While the curry noodles are the undisputed champion, I also sampled the Keoy Teow. It's a slightly different experience, featuring silky smooth rice noodles with tofu and a generous helping of braised pork belly. While the portion size was a tad smaller compared to the curry noodles, and the price point a bit higher, the taste was undeniably authentic. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the broth, though different from the curry, was equally flavorful. If you're a fan of traditional Keoy Teow, it's definitely worth trying.

Located at GotongJaya just a few shops from 7 Eleven. Serving bak-kut-teh (bkt), curry mee, wanton and fish ball noodles along with ala-carte orders (tai-chow). Additionally, one can also notice two senior uncle selling Muar otak otak at the premise entrance daily. It is worth noting that the restaurant do enjoy a steady patronage for their Bak-kut-teh here (Klang version).

Interior setting is spacious, well lighted and furnished with mostly medium sized marble tables - contributing to comfortable dining experience. The restaurant is owned and managed by Lady boss with the help of daughters and a motley crew of local and foreign workers.

Their noodle station serves up one of the best curry mee in GotongJaya and Genting Permai Avenue area. Here, one can be assured of well prepared and piping hot noodles with each order.

I'm a regular here for years, and their curry laksa mee is my go-to as the broth is really good and packs flavour. However, I must say the lady boss is quite rude. All these years we never queue to get a place, my family and I thought it's a kopitiam concept where u wait for the table yourself. Today, we were shouted at because we went to a table that was empty, and she said there were people queueing. No one was queuing at that point of time and 2 tables were empty.

That's okay if you still want us to wait to get seated, they could have said 不好意思，可以在外面排队吗 along those lines. But we were legit being shouted at "他们没有排队，叫他们排队". My family and I know the staff there, and we are quite close to them. However the lady boss seems to dislike us very much.
