Came at 9.27pm and was trying to ASKS if they’re still open and if we can still order and dine in, but was UNWELCOMED, IGNORED AND LOOK DOWN UPON.

We would totally understand if you’re tired and closing soon. We couldve happily walked away, but such big brand with lousy service, cant even come up with a nice sentence to send customers away because youre closing? What a waste and dissappointment.

An example of how your staff couldve responded - “Sorry Ms. We’re closing soon.” or “Sorry Ms. You can order take aways because we’re closing soon.”

There were only 3 tables occupied in the store and you were STILL making drinks. Its not like youve cleaned and tidied your kitchen.

What an embarassment for such big brand to have mat rempits as staff, front counter staff some more.

I really love coffee bean here! Especially the outdoor seatings, can always feel the wind sitting near the mountain. Very chill vibes. Nice service crew too, they are so kind that even I walked in wanted to place my order over counter just like any other day, he escorted us to be seated and mentioned if its non peak hour and they can actually go to tables and take order for customers. How sweet is that? Memorable! Their cheesecake is also one of my fav, always order whenever i visit. And price is reasonable too. Just loving everything about coffee bean now. They have done so well!
