CKT is not one of the typical dishes I order when in Ipoh but Fire Kings5 reputation precedes him! We had an opportunity to try today and he did not disappoint! The dish had plenty of wok hei when was bursting with flavor. One slight variation on the theme is that instead of using blood cockles, he adds oysters! I think that works effectively as it adds that briny, fishy kick that blood cockles bring to the dish.
