Clean. Accessible. Friendly owner. English speaking. Can spaciously fit 2 vehicles. Can squueze if compact size. Owner provides a 3 pin plug charger for ev. Might be noisy for some from 6am onwards because of kopitiam next door. The homestay is with 2 private areas, down and upstair. each with 2 rooms with a common area that can be locked for privacy. 1 room ensuite the other shared toilet. This is the third time I’ve stayed here, the first in 2019 when it was just opened. The entire home is amazingly very well maintained, spotless and still look as good as new. I was there for a 3D2N food trail with 7 friends and everyone was tremendously happy with the homely accommodation. Should we visit Ipoh again, Mary’s Residence will be our top choice.
