Famous Rice Cafe 御米之香咖啡餐廳 — Restaurant in Perak

Talk about expectations! The food was definitely beyond whatever bar was set! In fact, we ordered so many different things to try, I started experimenting and ended up with even more yummy stuff! Like adding curry gravy from the curry chicken to the mushroom chee cheong fan....or a dish of chilli sauce into the gan lao mian (after breaking the egg of course!)

Service was good, attendants were doing their best despite the number of simultaneous orders from several tables. Atmosphere was impeccable...as seen from my only photo (no photos of food cos too eager to eat and forgot about it.) You have to be here to appreciate it!

All in all, a good eatery to go to and fill the stomach happily!

About this cafe food still can accept will giving 4 star if 5 star are full. Only about the service are very poor. Morning time inside cafe only have my table and another table means total inside this cafe at that moment only two table have customers. So those staff can stick to gather at behind the water bar chitchat time. Hello, I got raise my hand up and already saw the bartender person watching my side already. Why still keep going chatting? So if pay a staff came to chatting why still open this shop? Why didn't open one my studio? Another little problem is about that chair. Are not comfortable for old man sitting. Other way...

Today I visited this shop for breakfast. Can’t notice it from the road cause I was driving. But luckily I got a parking lot just right in front of the shop. Let talk about the menu. The menu was so thick, I needed to flip so long to see all😂. At last I still go with curry chicken served with steam bread. The bread, as thick as the menu. My husband ordered chicken curry bihoon. Taste good too. Both curry are different type. Portion good too. Price good too. Service super good. Atmosphere also good. Ps. Come on Wednesday more parking cause some shop not open...
