What makes this place special is the bold unusual menu in a place saturated with what is considered trendy.

Pork burgers are definitely unusual in Malaysia, even among Western menus. There is nothing beef that I can recall on their menu, which is definitely a bold decision by management and chef. And with their pork burgers, there are no regrets.

What was fantastic about their pork burgers is that it's freshly and coarsely ground and lightly seasoned. The meat has a bite, which is usually lost in finely ground meat, like frozen beef patty burgers.

The fries that came with the burger was nicely seasoned and crispy golden brown. It has not crossed over to over crispy and greasy, which is fantastic.

The coleslaw is fantastic too, fresh, cold and crunchy, rivaling even KFC's coleslaw.

And the desert... I had the blackcurrant I've cream and cheesecake with passion fruit sauce with a gooseberry on top. Their dessert changes, so what I got may differ from what you'll be getting next time around.

My family and I celebrated Mother's Day there last year and LOVED the food so much we made a return on Father's Day. The ambience, the service, the price and portion of the food all met our expectations of a good restaurant.

We were attended to by Ann, the owner, and I particularly like it when the owner is NOT profit-driven.
