7 Aug 2025 night at 8:35pm went to the M Izakaya at Pangkalan Station 18 beside Aeon. I was about 70% occupied and many table still have its table not yet clean up. I have to set on one that is also not yet clean and waited for the staff to clean the table waited most 15min for them to clear the table. The staff are not organized and when they clear the table they just shift the them to the next table... Meaning you are eating beside a rubbish table... Just don't at the other table because it was a mass with all the used bow plate chopsticks left over... I wanted some more for our set dinner and it was also massy. Dishes came in seperated like you had ordered your food by separated. What is going on? They don't even care to place the food on a tray and served them nicely buy just put the out individually. Eventually I also don't know which items belongs to me which item belong to my wife and which items is for my son. All mix up. The karaage were stone Cold the side dishes like guoza also cold and both seems like already done and prepared and left to be served for quite some time and is just was not nice there is not nice about the food served. You can feel that the restaurant is not organized and they just try to rush and make a mass... I have waited for quite some time for the food but food came with stone cold all are just a waste of time comin6to this Japanese Restaurant is just make a fool of other people who are the real Japanese Restaurant... This one I will not go there any more... Unless they improve their system and the way they serve cook the food. The cashier said they can't manage it because too many customers. If too many customers and that can be the reason to give me such a bad service then these staff should not be working in the restaurant because they will chase the customer away. Very horrible food and very bad experience for me. THE WORST JAPANESE RESTAURANT. BECAUSE OF THE WHY THEY SERVE THE FOOD AND TOTALLY NOT ORGANIZED AMONG THE STAFF.

I try to tell the cashier or the Pic and told her that they should put all the food on the tray and send to the customer when all the food are ready don't serve half here and later another half of my next set and the the other side dish of another set... Creating a very bad experience make me feel that the restaurants seems like rushing to close shop.... As I cam at 8.35pm.... The worst kind the Cashier don't seems to understand what was wrong but try to explain they have too many customers and order... They can not handle so that is why... I can not accept her explanation because it was not acceptable for a paying customer of full price to get a half baked service. I am not the only one who get the worst service. Management won't care so people should avoid going to this restaurant.

I have the discount card she the old lady cashier said set dinner no discounts.

Not sure did she lie to me or not as other reviews did gave a bad review too about her lying and giving...

Poor and bad quality service. There was some miscommunication in reserving table regarding number of pax. We showed up with 8 adults. But they reserved a table of 6 adults and 2kids for us. We totally understand that there might be some miscommunication between, never meant to point finger to anyone. But, both of the staff were complaining right Infront of our faces, saying" why did they last minute add on extra pax and didn't inform earlier". Hello, we never add on extra pax, it's just some communication error. If you wanna complain I'm okay, but at least behind my back at least I would feel a little comfortable than hearing it right Infront of me. Then they shifted us down. I told them that I would need three baby chairs.they asked if the babies could sit on the sofa. I told them no because it would be very hard for the babies to eat. When we went down there was only two baby chairs (I saw there's 3 baby chairs upstairs) I asked again, where's the other baby chair? The lady answered, if you really need that chair. Again, I said yes.. I need all three.. Why was it so hard to shift all three baby chairs down?

Came to order and serving issue. That was a table of 10. We ordered green tea. I can't believe the server actually asked us to count how many hot and cold greentea. If that's the case, might as well I walk into the counter and key in order even better. Next,All our food served except for ramen. No one actually came and check our orders until we asked. Guess what? Ramen sold out. Half of the food on the table almost finished and we have to wait for the rest of the food.

The first visit service was great, this time was totally...

I visited Mizakaya on 18 Feb 2022 during the dinner hours and the staff enquired about my COVID-19 risk status under MySejatara. I informed them that I am under “Casual Contact No Symptoms” and the staff informed that the restaurant like does not allow diners with that status to dine there.

The staff was not sure about the limitations for person with casual contact and had to check with the owner. After a briefly moment, the staff came out and informed we were not allowed to dine in. I enquired on the rational on why customers with “Casual Contact No Symptoms” are not allowed, while there are no laws nor restrictions set by the government.

One of the staff informed that the restaurant does not want to take the risk of having customers with such status to dine in, as it might elevate the staff’s Covid-19 risk status to RED (Home Surveillance Order).

Such ignorance is amusing for restaurant staff during Covid period. It is ridiculous to treat anyone (especially fully vaccinated) with a status which is deemed safe to visit public places by the government in such manner. Business owners, who wish to take revenue yet does not understand the different limitations of risk status and write their own rules should not apply open for business. Or perhaps should just place signages indicating they have their own unique rules which is better then what the...

1. Super disappointed with the service. The women give a lie to cover another lie and many excuse. The waiter say can add ramen to hot pot by top up RM 4. Then the women come to say cannot but this time will give to add on. Then I offer her u can suggest to ur boss, she just direct reply me “No, because other restaurant don’t do this” So your restaurant is change when other Japanese restaurants change and be the follower. During paying bill asking why there is no glass noodle in the hotpot which suppose to have , she mention maybe finish already but never go clarify, and say got give more vegetable. She never go ask nor go clarify , she based on her own assumption to say so. Super bad service and attitude, doesn’t realise herself using one lie to cover another lie. Quite disappointed. 2. The beef is dark, when we ask why it’s so dark can change to a fresh one. The waiter reply we defrost today so it become dark. Then we demand again, only go change.
