Queue wasn’t long. The front counter staff, Syuhada, was very attentive and polite. she took the time to serve us carefully, explain the portion sizes and how the food would taste . Oh even double checking the spelling of customer names ! really appreciate the small details!
Omlette Rm15.90 I saw on TikTok that some people think it’s overpriced, but for me, the price is reasonable considering the portion, taste, and presentation. The omelette had quite a lot of shrimp inside and it was not oily, which made it even more satisfying! As for the taugeh Ipoh, I personally couldn’t find much difference compared to regular taugeh, but some say it’s sweeter. Portion: Can share up to 3 people. Repeat: Yes!
Tomyum Ayam Rm23 A bit oily for my liking, but the portion of chicken was generous. It comes with one portion of rice. I added extra rice (+RM3) and extra enoki mushrooms (+RM2). Portion: Can share up to 2 people. Repeat: Maybe not, but still worth trying once.
Daging Harimau Menangis RM21.90 Waiting time was longer compared to other dishes. I approached a staff member named Sanusi to check on the order. He was very gentle , genuinely concerned about the customers, and took the effort to personally check the kitchen and update us, which made the experience much more pleasant ! The beef wasn’t the "melt in your mouth" type — it needed a bit of effort to chew. Maybe slicing it thinner would help. BUT the dipping sauce was absolutely top tier — a must try! Portion: Can share up to 3 people. Repeat: Yes, especially...
Read moreOverrated, overpriced and overhyped Tomyam I've ever had in my life! The price is ridiculously expensive for what i had. The owner claimed that her tomyam was made by using a premium ingredients. What-so-premium about tomyam ingredients instead of changing the normal white sugar to a brown sugar? The prawn is not a fresh caught, it's literally a frozen one. RM25 with tax? You charged us the SST Tax without having any SST ID on the receipts. I felt scammed.
Was there around 7:45pm and the rice is already sold out? Seriously? Is this kinda trend to scam people to get more things from the ala carte menu?
We also ordered the so called "Daging Harimau Menangis" that they translated into "Crying Beef Tiger" omg this one got us laughing so hard we saw that word on the banner Why would you translate it like that? And the taste of it got us crying because it's taste bland and not worth RM18 instead of just only RM5!
RM25 with SST for a Tomyam Bowl, with a self service and a place like that (non air-conditioned, no proper fans, have to que for ordering, pick up the order for ourself and clean the tray and the table) is insane. That Tomyam should be RM5 per bowl and you'll get your 5 stars review i guess.
Dear Malaysians, stop overhype for something that's not worth your money. I absolutely didn't recommend.
I came all the way from Penang just to waste my money on this ridiculous...

There is a long queue to order, but fret not as it moves pretty fast. The prices of the food are quite expensive haha. It was around RM25 for Nasi Khao Mok with Golden Chicken, and around RM23 for chicken tomyam. We opted for both. The service was quite okay considering that they are serving a lot of people— we waited for around 20mins for iur food.
Our verdict— EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! The nasi khao mok: the rice is super flavourful and full of spices, the fried chicken was crispy and BIG! The sauces provided completed the meal. Totally worth the price and i would definitely repeat it. The tomyam: we got chicken tomyam and it was a balance between spicy and sourness. Comforting soup, and best eaten when hot. Also loaded with ingredients, the portion is also a big!
To add— it was quite hard to find a place to eat as the tables are filled up pretty quickly by other customers, so we had to find other place to eat. Definitely also bring a handheld fan, it can get quite humid and hot especially...
