Seoul Garden HOTPOT @ AEON Kinta City — Restaurant in Perak

I recently had the opportunity to try the Merdeka promotion at Seoul Garden Hotpot, which offers a great deal at just RM 11.90. The experience was delightful, especially with the kitchen soup that struck a perfect balance between flavor and spice. It had just the right kick to awaken the palate without being overwhelmingly hot, making it enjoyable for all levels of spice lovers.

While the portion of chicken meat was modest, I found it to be sufficient for a single serving. The quality of the chicken was commendable, tender and well-marinated, blending seamlessly with the flavorful broth. The variety of other ingredients available allowed for a customizable hotpot experience, which I appreciated.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a clean and comfortable setting that enhanced the meal. However, I did feel that a bit more chicken would have made the dish even better. Bad Service When I’m with my family go through the Restaurant want to take dinner, we got saw the female malay staff,then we talk to her we got 3ppl want to make order food,then she said if want order rice , is totally finish oledi, just can order other food,coz plus is buka puasa Ramadan,we oso understanding, plus she serve us services is so good, when we ask her back wat else we can order it, Suddenly got a Malay Guy Staff came out from Kitchen, he said don’t bother with customer first, serve the food to customers first,In the end the Female Malay Staff Ignored Us, the Malay Guy Staff go back to the Kithchen and continue to work on his thing.. My husband and I were Dumbfounded on the spot, how can there be such an attitude towards customers like this????? I’m was very angry & disappointed and just walked away no eat it.. I’m can said really really really no next time again patronize...

There were quite a few swings and misses here. Meats were low quality and not fresh, so was the seafood. Soup was alright but not memorable. chicken was not bad and the only thing i felt that was edible here. Even the rice was a bit hard but not terrible. The steak was exceptionally tough, felt vommity and it was really hard to digest food. The crab was very hard to eat, chew and take out the meat. Felt it was frozen crab definitely. Had a pretty uncomfortable experience here. What a shame as i feel this place has a lot of potential but they didnt deliver in food despite their variety.
