Mixue Taiping — Restaurant in Perak

Staff attitude very bad, mentioned for prder ice cream need to wait for 1 hours if ordering, but cus after me he only mentioned to wait 30 minit and another cus before me just wait around 10-15 min to get ice cream? So i feel disappointed and “the male staff just being spoiler and lie to me and my family. If cannot do you job, just dont be. Just dont be lie, i understand you outlet very busy and i understand if need to wait but DONT LIE !! Because my sis just hear the male staff talk with another collegue about “nasib family tu tk order byk” if i still there i will fight, but i just order and go out and my sis wait for the order. If you think you dont want to open the store, just dont and pls make sure you staff get training to handle cus when busy, and handle cus nicely, ATLEAST have COMMON SENSE. Nak mengata sesama staff jangan sampai orang yang dingata tu dengar ye. Kerja utk dapat gaji, tapi biar gaji berkat, kalau taknak outlet busy, just tutup. Jangan expect time cuti sekolah, public holiday outlet busy. Kita faham penat tapi jangan menipu tu je. Pls change your staff attitude semoga takde cus yg melalui perkara ni lagi...

We love Mixue Ice Cream! We have tried Mixue several times at different locations around Malaysia. We find this Taiping branch serves the best ice cream, sundaes and drinks. The shop is strategically located in town, clean and has a comfortable dining environment. It’s a fun and great hangout spot for youngsters. We have tried several of their popular sellers like Supreme Milk Tea, Boba Sundae, Creamy Mango Boba, Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, Passion Fruit Jasmine Tea, Peach Earl Grey Tea, Mango Sundae, Earl Grey Tea Ice Cream, Pearl Milk Tea and of course Mixue Ice Cream! Recent encounter with the management team was superb, the team handled it professionally and I admire the kindness that they portrayed. I had a personal issue and they took the matter so well, no act of pettiness or unfriendliness, in fact, they listened to the issue so well. I truly respect the management team for doing this huge favour for me. Overall, the place was clean, the manager was great and I look forward for upcoming visits to Mixue Taiping. All in all, super glad they reached out to me in openly and addressing this issue without any sense of biasness.
