good ethics and professinalism: the person that i dealt with was easy to communicate, i gave an idea and they deliver. we adjusted the ideas many times. but you cont to entertain every idea...and for you guys..i thk the sky is the limit.

cake creativity: was to detail, was beautiful, intricate designs and special touches with the violin, the roses (both fake and real), the keyboard, the wordings at the side of the cake, the crown, the 80 candles in gold. we are speechless

own initiatives: you placed the cake on a "wooden plank" which was edible. it made it look classy and fancy. the kids enjoyed nibbling on them too. the addition of real roses made the cake come to life. the words at the side made it more meaningful - cos we didnt know where the words would go with such a busy cake. the crown that u picked was so cute and pretty, my 3yo nephew was playing with it the whole time after. the candles. i forgot about the candles. but u threw in 2 firework candles and additional candles on your own initiative. the huge box that it came with..protected the cake.

taste: kids and adult both enjoyed the cake.....it was a carrot cake inside with icing on top and chunks of walnut...lovely!

Bad service. My friend ordered a wedding cake for her wedding on 29th December in Tanah Rimba, Jandabaik. It was picked up by another friend in which he drove very cafefully up to Jandabaik. Luckily we opened up the cake at 2pm just to check ( wedding starts 6pm) and to our horror, the cake was destroyed because the supporting stick broke! Immediately we call the shop and the person in charge started shouted at us, blaming us for bad driving. The person agree to bake another cake but we had to bear all charges including delivery! We obviously had picture evidance showing the stick broke and wasnt strong enough to support the upper layer of the cake. Well, i guessed they noticed their mistake afterwards and called us back to offer another cake, no cost to us. But it's too late, i am writing this post to reveal to others how bad your service was in the...

Best place at this price point, especially the delightful cakes and pastries... Seriously nice place. Can get hot but only on the rare hot days. Update: ever since I wrote the previous review, many things have changed, mainly, my review method. Let me give you a 2025 update: this cafe is still the best place to get reasonably priced cake slices. Shirley does an excellent job of putting new types of cakes every month. And you will never get a cheaper place for this. The food is good... But I think it is hard to say it is excellent, although my kids love the fried rice here (better than Uncle Rogers and Uncle Soon according to them - teenager and pre -teen mind you). The service is better since there is a full time helper who has the experience and have been there for some time. The atmosphere is clean, but still hot at times. My go-to place every week...
