Definitely a hidden gem! Jun really serves his food with all his dedication, making full use of local ingredients to become a nice bowl of Malaysian fusion type of ramen.

Sitting at the bar looking at the process of him preparing and making the food was really a magical experience~ All his ramen creation was definitely an art!

Heejau Really a wowwww~ vegetarian friendly dish for sure! The combination of all the local greens really amazed me, blew my mind away.

Prawnhub If I would like to describe to imagine the taste, it’s abit like Har Mee taste (?) but wayyyyy more layer of flavours. Stronger flavour as compared to Heejau, but the layers of flavours are really chef kiss.

New styled dumpling Leaning towards a bit of Chinese fusion for the dumpling. Very creamy texture without putting any cream into it! It feels light after having it as well.

Dolce & Banana The only dessert available in the menu. 4 types of banana inside the dessert. The ice-cream was a lit 🔥 pairing it with the banana cake, together with all the components, the sweet and savoury of the dessert really balanced it well.

The portion of dish were on point, not too much, not too less, just right (maybe a bit little if you are a big eater). You will experience “satisfaction” when walking out the door.

What I like the most was he really focus more on quality over selling it over quantity. That what really makes me appreciate a lot with that indulge experience! 💯looking forward for our next visit for more exploration...

Saw that it reopened and immediately booked for a slot. TL;DR, amazing noodles experience here.

Loving the new concept that allows the audience to be more intimate with chef. You'll get to learn more about his story and his dishes.

We ordered dumplings, the salad, the 2023 and 6G (horrible with names). Starting with the salad which has temu, paku, ulam raja, mangoes, it gives off a very refreshing start to the dishes.

Chef then served us the dumplings, made with shrimps roe and paste, love love the creaminess of it which reminds me a lot of uni.

We had 6G, very very rich and may be heavier on the palate, if you are not used to well seasoned food it may come off a bit salty. Taste wise it's filled with depth and the burnt miso brings a bit of a chocolate flavour.

We ended it with 2023 which is recommended to first have it as it is and then include the kombu vinegar. Love the beef broth that was flavourful and the addition of vinegar gave it a refreshing finish.

Glad the arrangement of orders were as such as we are sure if it ended with 6G we may not be able to...

It's was so enjoy to watching a chef prepare “NOODLE” in front of you, very passionate and exquisite chef to prepare every single dish by himself. From the food I can taste and feel about he put all of his heart into the dish he cook.

I and my gf ordered “Nailed it” to share as our appetizers, it's really nailed us, this salad was so fresh and mixture of ulam-ulam, pucuk paku and kuini mango was so perfect, love it

Then we order 3 bowl noodles, the signature “HEEJAU” is not just represent a delicious noodles, it's already called an ART, from visual to smell to taste. I really surprised with this dish. The second was “PRAWNHUB” I can said this is the MVP noodles of the night, the prawn and the noodles combination was so match and yummy, nothing to express, JUST ORDER!

The last bowl, was the “OMU NOOD”. I didn't know Malaysia beef can become so delicious OMG, 30 hours cooked brisket was tender and well seasoning.

Will definitely come back to try out their new menu, please left some slot for us to try 🤣 Respect the chef who cook from his...

Been here recently to experience what bowl of steel has to offer and boy did they not disappoint. Had a dish on the menu called 2021. This bowl of noodles has so many components that truly makes this simple noodle dish a work of art. After having the first bite, you are immediately able to appreciate layers and layers of flavours that comes from having so many ingredients. Noodles were chewy and very enjoyable to eat. The noodles is similar to what you would get from eating Pan Mee thick noodles but on a different level(good). There was also a small side dish that Comes with the noodles that contains pickles chili's, radish and mushrooms. These were extremely refreshing to have after a few bite of the delicious noodles as it acts like a palate cleanser as it is cold and refreshing. So far only tried one item on the menu but will definitely love to return to try other items on the menu hopefully soon 🙂 -Prices on the menu are nett price -each table has a glass bottle of water Price for 2021- RM 30 as of time of this review Cheers
