Yesterday evening after our dinner at Section 17, we went to this place for our dessert cos we were not too satisfied with what we had for dinner n we were still hungry despite after spending RM 115 for such a meager dinner. This was our 1st time at this dessert shop. Every time am we happened to drive by, we always wanted to try but there was no place to park our car. Yesterday we were lucky to find a parking place a few doors away from the shop. I guess it was puasa time n the offices close a little bit earlier than usual - the rush to get home for “ buka puasa “ We read the menu n found so many choices available . There were either hot or cold taufufah combinations that you can think of to suit various people. Such as taufufah with taro balls , red bean paste, grass jelly or black sesame paste n even with fruits. For tong sui, it can be combined with pumpkin, sweet potato soya n herbal jelly. There is bubur Chacha too plus durian sago n mango sago. They serve French toasts with various combinations. It’s a feast for ice cream lovers cos you can have many types of ice cream combos too such as cheesy cruffle, biscuit cruffle or plain ice cream cruffle which is something like a waffle. There is also a cassava cake which is our favorite cos this is served warm with a crusty n slightly crusty caramalized topping. So for the 3 of us, we ordered 2 pax of taufufah with 2 sesame snowballs, a pax of durian sago, crispy mochi with brown sugar n caramel cassava cake. We enjoyed all these desserts cos these were not so sweet . We enjoyed the taufufah as it was silky smooth but the 2 sesame snow balls were too soft to our liking. Overall we enjoyed the warm cassava cake n my niece loved the crispy mochi with brown sugar n the cold durian sago the most. In fact we were very satisfied with these desserts as we were greatly disappointed with our dinner...

So, you can have the “iced series”, “taufufah series”, “thong sui” series, “sago” series, “croffle” toast series, “rice bowl” series, snack and soy pudding. Have your pick! Whatever your desires, they will have a match for you. We ordered the traditional “black sesame” paste and the “sweet potato sago”. Service was prompt, despite the crowd. Testament to a well drilled organization. The black sesame paste was good. The sesame was grounded to a fine paste and with the right amount of sweetness. It had a lovely nutty aroma and light bitter notes. The sweet potato sago was also good, with the sago adding to the taste. All in all, a good place to chill and have a nice dessert or is it to have a nice dessert and chill? Plenty of choices to select, depending on the...
