TEN RESTAURANT & BAR — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Am very disappointed with the management n their service. Made a booking about 2 weeks ago to see Os Pombos play. Spoke to Shawn n told him to reserve a table for 10. 2 days before Sunday, called again to confirm n Shawn said ok. On Sunday, when we went in, no sign of Shawn n no tablefor us. When we Questioned the staff after much haggling, they gave us a table infront of the band. We ordered our drinks which by the way took me about an hour to get my drink. Just as we were getting into the mood of enjoying the music, the staff came n asked us to vacate the table as another group had walked in n they said this table is for them. For your info, we are a group of senior citizens agen 67 n above. They kept bugging us to move as we refused to do so until we had no choice. Instead of being able to enjoy the music, we felt unhappy n utterly disappointed. They gave us a table near the door with one chair n 4 Elderly people had to rotate n Sit on that one chair while our table which we sat on originally were given to a group of much younger people who were literally on their feel the whole night through. This is actually my first outing to a pub after so many years n was really looking forward to enjoying my favourite band the Os Pombos, whom we knew since cattleman’s n longhorn days. But sadly it turned out to be a real nightmare. My drink which I ordered took so long while I saw those infront of me who had come in later got their drink first. So for those of You, who make reservations with this management, be very careful. And btw i heard later that in your reservation list, my Name was there but your staff chose to tell me that there was no reservation. For sure will strike off your place from my list...

Very bad handling by the manager and the owner of this place. Irresponsible and subject to face lawyer's letter for having no safety at all and poor door system at the place. The tight toilet common door and super narrow passageway to be shared by male and female, then come the door to the small Men's Toilet with toilet urinals and basins next to the door. The door closer was hard, swing back hard and big jutting out metal handle on dangerous level hit the customer's rib cage hard near heart and lung area, which resulted severe pain and could be life and death.

Owner of this place was not responsible, arrogant, non-apologetic, not concerned and did want to pay for the medical check-up fees. Furthermore he was happy to face legal action. Shoddy place with unethical owner for its own fault. All customers and visitors must be aware of this non-safety place which is pretty bad for such...

Service is piss poor. Staff incompetent. Ordered 2 pizzas & a fried rice at 8.45pm spent the night following up with 3-4 diff waiters for the food. The waiters were happily giving away our food to other tables. Then they started turning on each other and accusing each other for giving the food away to the wrong table and getting our order wrong. Of the many excuses for the delay, we were also told that they ran out of one of the pizza’s we ordered. Spoke to the manager. Suddenly they were buying ingredients it seems. Finally food arrived at 10.43pm. Manager was also no help. Overall, staff/manager tried apologizing but after 2 hours of apologies and no attempt bring our order within a reasonable time, they gave us a rm6 discount on the bill. We only went cause a band we knew was playing. Paid tickets to watch the band also. Don’t bother...
