In 1994, Mr. Zhong Zhiming founded a restaurant specializing in traditional Cantonese soup with his passion for Cantonese cuisine. Mr. Zhong firmly believes that making soup is not only a cooking skill, but also a way of conveying warmth. He uses carefully selected ingredients and exquisite craftsmanship to cook each bowl of rich soup, aiming to let every diner feel the taste of home and the human touch.
