Came here because of a viral write-up of the curry noodles stall. However, when we arrived just before noon, the aunty told us everything sold out. We decided to just order CKT instead as the same write-up mentioned that it is pretty good as well. Happy to say that it is indeed very good and our trip was not wasted. The kway teow used is very silky and smooth. Almost like chee cheong fun. Wok hei is great. It is up there among the best CKT of PJ. Highly recommended. We will have to come back again some other time in the future to try the curry noodles after the hype has died down a bit.

Came here on a Tuesday for lunch. Besides char kueyteow, this Chinese coffee shop also has roast chicken rice, mix rice, curry laksa noodles, pan mee, fish head noodles, fruit stall, etc… Ordered curry laksa noodles RM7.50 and yee mee soup, kopi ice RM2.60. Curry laksa and kopi is good. Yee mee soup was average. This coffee shop no. 31 has yellow signboard with red Chinese words.

Nice and convenient place to have breakfast. The pan mee stall serves up delicious dishes with an egg and generous amount of pork. The cha kuey teow was surprisingly yummy. What a good find in the corner of new town. Starting late morning the fruit stall opens and we can have fresh fruits until lunch.

This place was fantastic up to about 6 months ago I think. Used to be my go to economy rice spot for lunch or dinner. Just yesterday I had lunch there and boy oh boy things have changed. It seems like the shop has changed hands? There are now stalls in the shop. Economy rice wise the fare is poor and cold. If one could argue about the time, I was there at lunch, 12 noon. Really quite disappointed. I hope it is a one time thing but I doubt it. Best...
