this review is specifically on the morning famous chee cheong fun stall. for decades I've been suggested to eat here. finally i did and its the last time. Very Expensive at rm4.50, small portion, and tasteless. good ccf noodles has a mild taste that can be enhanced with dashes soy or sweet sauce, and sesame. nothing taste of quality in my serving except maybe its 'handmade' by a family with a long history in the trade. low quality soy sauce, low quality sesame oil, thin grainy sweet sauce, badly chopped pickled green chillies. there are much better and tastier 'homemade' chee cheong fun stalls around pj which is cheaper, tastier and offers ytf options. unsatisfying breakfast snack. a noodle + fried egg + sambal at malay stall is much cheaper and offers more value.

There are quite a number of food options here and the place is open for breakfast until lunch time. The popular item here is the nyonya seafood curry laksa. But today I have the curry laksa with chicken, long beans and tau foo puffs. Added the roasted pork belly which went well with the curry laksa. The soup base was rather flavourful and not the so lemak kind. The chu cheong fun with the yong tau foo were ok, sweet sauce and chilli sauce were too light. Adding in the curry laksa soup tasted much better. The local coffee was nice and not the bitter type. [ Wheelchair ♿️ accessible ] Car parking during weekdays lunch hour is a problem over here.

Had the special hand pull pan mee here. Unexpectedly good, A- tier pan mee. Good texture with hand pull shape, soft noodle, plenty of mushrooms and crispy anchovies. Only downside is that the soup is a littleeeee too salty. Otherwise will be A tier. But the teh C peng here is DAMN BLARDY SWEET. Like put condense milk and add more sugar inside. Crazy. I took 1 sip and can already feel my diabetes grow. Feel instant sugar rush and hyper, shaking from the sweetness. Waste money. Rm3.10 per cup. I didn’t finish the rest. Really not worth.
