This place is pretty much your standard fanfare of an eatery within a shopping mall. There is nothing to shout about for this place and food is not that good. And here is why: The sauces used for the grilled chicken and the hainanese chicken tasted like it was mainly from a powder mix. The sauce of the hainanese chicken did taste like it took a bit more effort of the staff mixing in other sauces but it didnt enhance the taste much. The rice for the grilled chicken dish was very badly made and a big surprise for an Asian country. There were many rice granules that were hard and the texture was akin to uncooked rice. The rice was not fragrant and tasted so bad that it was probably the worst tasting plain white rice i have had. The chips were unsalted and were served cold. Presumably fried in big batch beforehand. The grilled chicken was cooked through well but bland. The fried chicken for the hainanese chicken was overfried that the batter became quite hard. Portion wise, both were rather small but the hainanese chicken was on a much smaller portion size with it filling only a quarter in size of the plate. Staff were ok and they served the food to where we were seated. Orders were placed at the counter.

On a personal side, wont be coming back as I rather spend my meals and money...

Small sized eatery housed in the Amcorp Mall, which has definitely seen better days before. This coffee shop is probably one of the better looking ones than those on the same level or one level down, where you will find a bunch of other eateries and also a mamak shop too.

It's not a very big coffee shop, and with a huge beam that runs right in the middle of the shop, it blocks the view of the entire shop itself. There aren't many tables inside the shop, and it makes use of the space just outside the shop to place a row of tables and chairs to maximise space.

Food comprise local favourites like nasi lemak, wantan mee, chicken chop, roti bakar (toast with butter and kaya), and drinks are available. All reasonably priced, but flavour is not quite consistent as it differs from day to day.

Overall, it's a nice place to have a simple and quick meal while you're in...

Consistently good food at very reasonable prices. Try the mee java. It's absolutely delicious. Just the right hint of sourness and spice. Their toast bread is also well done, just order it as Roti KFD. A variety of food is available, from noodles to Western food to malaysian favourites. The breakfast nasi lemak which is available in the mornings is heavenly. Nice sambal ikan bilis comes as an accompaniment as well as a whole boiled egg. An order of hot coffee to go with the food will not disappoint. Go ahead and try it. It's located on the ground floor of Amcorp Mall. And, very importantly, the staff are well-trained and are very pleasant....

They have been around probably as long as Amcorp have existed. Been awhile since I patronize this outlet. Well I can say it's OK and there's some misses as well. Firstly the Nasi Lemak with Chicken Rendang. The rice is OK, decently fragrant, sambal is mildly spicy and not very sweet. Honestly the rendang doesn't taste like rendang. It's more like Gulai Ayam Lemak. It's watery. Next up is the Hainanese Chicken Chop. It's tasted more like KFC for the seasoning in the batter. Sauce was OK, tasted like most sweet and sour sauce except it's mild. Drinks are pretty normal too. Overall an OK place if you crave for kopitiam style cuisine in Amcorp.
