One of the worst McD branches I've been to. Staff are rude and incompetent. I've been here a few times and everytime I had to check my order as 4 out of times will have missing items or wrong orders.
The reason i am writing this review for a McD is because the last time I went here, it was the worst experience.
Ordered through the app for drive through pick up... Reached them gave my order number and they were able to get my name from the order number, so assume all was good. Reached counter for payment they said could not find my order.. but cashier walked off to talk with the manager and they asked me verbally what my order was.
Showed them the order on the app and the cashier took her time to see what my order was.. reminded them three times about the special grill order. and the add-ons.
Reached collection counter.. gave me my food.. as usual checked missing one order of fries.. told the cashier she told me dismissively all in the bag. I showed them the order on my phone and she still argued.. "dah ada 2 fries" .. I ordered 2 meals and an additional fries.. took a minute for her to finally understand.
Also told them they missed the add-on nuggets.. she rudely took my bag in and talked to the manager.. she then gave me my drinks where one of the covers was loosely placed and it spilled on me. I admit at this point I went ballistic and yelled in anger as the lemon tea spilled all over my car..
The manager came out and said rudely "our machine didn';t see your order!" and "nah!" gave me my bag of food with my fries and brushed me off.. at this point i was so angry but when I got home I got more angry as I noticed they still missed out something.

BUT The ONE TIME my family and I decide to dine in there, one of the staff was so rude and called my mother a "PIG" In Arabic thinking she couldn't understand but she did and it was all because she had asked to change her Ayam Goreng to drumstick and her fish fillet burger with no tar sauce. That stuff had even taken our fries out of our tray for no reason (we ordered like 3 sets of fries), so the entire time we were there we didn't get our fries until AFTER we were done, we went to the counter and asked for fries to the manager and we had even told her that " During our entire meal we didn't get our fries which came had come with the set we ordered," when she asked the staff who had called my mom a "PIG" and took our fries away, The only thing that staff could say was "saya terlupa (I forgot)" in like a very sarcastic tone. However, at the end we did get our fries and the manager did apologize for not giving the fries to us during our meal. However, we are still mad about the behavior of that stuff and that he even had the audacity to say these things to my mother, This really shows that you really can't judge a book by its cover. McDonald please work on your staff's behavior and please make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone . I am usually not the kind of person who would bash a company for its wrongdoing but when you cross the line and offend my friends and family then I will definitely complain, so I beg you please learn from my feedback and change for the better....
Read moreBad customer service. I accidentally pass trough the pickup window after payment was made (am with small child). There are after all 2 pickup windows near the building. its easy to miss one and go for the other. being a good citizen, I feel that parking at the first, front-most window is appropriate. the same logic for us to fill the empty front spot of a petrol station to allow next customer to park behind me and refuel. The lady in charge makes me wait for 45 minutes with my baby just because I got the wrong windows. When I got fed up and remind another lady to bring up my order (a single set and a sundae ice cream) and she did bring me my order (all melted and all) . Turn out the 2 windows are connected and she can walk less than 4 meters to bring my order to my car. Was it so hard to walk to the other windows? was she doing it out of spite and boredom and laziness? There should be no excuse for bad behaviour and the lacks of common courtesy to me and my child. I will formally lodge a complaint and demand action to be taken. If there are no action I take it management is the problem for not allowing the girl to walk towards me and my child. And I didn't even get the free cola with payment...
