Worst experience at a coffee bean ever. When ordering at counter, they asked for everyone's names but never jotted it down anywhere. There was a bottleneck of at least 10 people just waiting for their drinks. When the drinks are ready, the staff just put it there without announcing the customer's name that they asked when ordering, or even the name of the drink! The customers had to go up one by one and check their own drinks and ask if this or that cup is the correct drink as in their receipt. When it came to my turn, I gave a tumbler to put my hot drink in when ordering. When everyone has gotten their drinks (even those that ordered after me), I asked where's mine. The staff asked for my receipt, then only she made my drink. Unacceptable. I stood there for 15 minutes. Then I saw the barista add milk to my caramel macchiato to fill it up to the tumbler's brim, which made the drink taste terrible. What a joke. There was also a promo during Ramadhan where if you purchase 2 drinks, you'll get a free dessert. I wanted to order 2 drinks and asked for it. My sister asked her what are the other cakes do they have, as the one that my sister want is not available at the display cooler, she should check or at least promote other cakes plus the display cooler is not even next to the cashier that she's ordering plus other customer was queuing up at the back, she just make blur face and replied "ade lah" after been asked.
While ordering the whole experience was suck, it just feels like we are bagging for her money while WE ARE THE ONES GIVING MONEY FOR THE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
She even placed OTHER PEOPLE'S FOOD ON TOP OF OUR ORDER while preparing the food at the pickup table!!!!!!! It was - our food along with the plate at the bottom and ON TOP of our food, SHE PLACED ANOTHER PLATE?!!!!

Read moreFirst visit, the lady at the counter asked “order?” and I mentioned 3 orders— jalapeño cheese bagel, quesadillas, regular iced hazelnut latte. She smiled. I thought she took note, then she looked at her colleague and asked me again, order? SMH!!!
The iced hazelnut latte was served 15 minutes after we placed the order. Bagel and quesadilla? Nearly 30 minutes!!!!! SMH AGAIN!
Also I noticed that tables were not cleaned by the staff. We had to move the previous customers plates and trays by ourselves. No matter how busy or peak, please do the necessary.
Second visit for dinner, I asked if aglio olio is available, the guy at the cashier counter asked his colleague, “ada ke aglio olio?” The colleague said “tah, tak tahu”. HAHAHAHA. Anyways, the aglio olio didn’t taste like one at all. Please don’t order. Also the spaghetti was cut into shorter lengths?? HAHAHAH. SMH again and again!
Also I noticed that their pager did not function haihhhh. We were given the pager to prompt when our order is ready, but tak berbunyi.. so had to alert when they call our order at the counter....
