Shame that Google doesn't allow us to pick 0 stars. Went here to give it a try because the nearby food court, Gembira, MJ was packed. Felt cheated and scammed at the end. Dishonest business and they expect you to know what you are walking into when dining with them. No menu - prices are not clear cut. Staff verbally lists food for you or asks you to refer to Instagram, indirectly pressuring you to order. They will give suggestions and don't inform you of the price of the items. No ample notice of the food portions - Portions are huge, unless you are a super big eater. Even smallest portion could definitely be shared between 2. Staff don't bother to mention this to customers but take orders as if they serve normal portions (i.e. 1 dish for 1 person). Food - Nothing special and definitely overpriced based on ingredients used. Pasta sauce is runny. Tomyam soup was diluted. Chicken chop looked huge when it came but half of it was bones... not sure what part of the chicken they served too...

At the end of it all, also overcharged... Chicken chop was charged at RM20, when they had scribbled RM15 on their sorry excuse of a blackboard (makeshift "menu" that did not even list everything they offered).

Food is not worth the price. You might as well go to a nice cafe, get good food and good ambience. You will feel happier and that you had paid your money's worth.

Just thankful that we were not charged a few hundreds for our meal there as we did not order any "unusual" dishes.

Also, hopefully we don't get any food poisoning/diarrhea as the place did not seem too hygienic.

Definitely not coming back and would never recommend to anyone else. The place was bad enough to make me take the effort to type out this...

Imagine enjoying an extra large portion meal all by yourself under the out and open sky. Well, not many people would find that a pleasurable experience, but allow me to share more.

The food, albeit it’s large size, is actually surprisingly tasty, especially the spaghetti carbonara with beef meatballs. A medium portion can be shared amongst 4-5 people, so if you are enjoying your meal with another 4 lovely individuals, your group will find that the creamy sauce and soft noodles are palatable and comforting to consume. The drinks are large in size too, so if you had a long day under the sun, you’d be refreshed by sipping on some orange juice (or any other juice of your liking).

The service was good, the waiter attended to our needs when called upon, although there is not much to expect.

Personally, the atmosphere was one of my least favorite aspects of the restaurant. I couldn’t tell where the restaurant was because the facade had no signage (at the time of visiting). There was no choice for indoor seating, and most of the tables were under the open sky, with maybe a few properly sheltered along the shop-lot corridors. There are also many cats in the area, which honestly is a plus for a cat lover like me, but to many like my mother, this could be a turnoff, as they dislike sharing food with animals.

All in all, it is a place I am open to visit with my friends, but will definitely think twice about bringing my mother...

I've been going to William's Corner since ages. Since my dad still here. Since the restaurant are all gloomy, sketchy, and looks haunted. And now they're upgrades their store to make rooms and attract new customer to comes. What can I say is, their service are still the same plus additional menu that you can read. Because before this you just ask the waiter what they have or by look at other table what they eat. The hallway to the toilet where before this only for the brave hearts can go. It feel haunted. You feels like something following you. But now, it's new since the open new dining space. But what I can complain is, the portion for naan cheese three brother dipping are less than before. It is my favorite dessert. The soda herbs almost loss it taste. I want the taste of sweet, sodary, fresh squeeze lemon, mint leaves, lychee and lemongrass to satisfy my thirst of something sweet and refreshing. For their mixed grill, I cannot say much. It's always the best. I think I can eat it alone of the M size. I really like it. So, the new William's Corner is a good thing but there's few things they can keep up with the old ones. It have memories of our...

We had the Mozzarella cheese naan. The naan was fluffy with generous amounts of cheese. It is served with condensed milk, dhal and potato curry. So you actually have a choice to make it a desert or a main course. 😀 The portion will have one person belching full. We also had the baked potato cheese. The potato was blanched and dribbled with seasoning and butter. Topped with cheese and popped into the oven. You could taste the grill on the cheese. Overall, the dish is not too bad. We saw some interesting dishes on the menu. Wagyu beef in Maggi mee for example. And some large heaps of fried rice with seafood and an assortment of meats. But being vegetarians, we can't tell you anything about it. If you are vegetarian and looking for some good cheese naan in PJ area, this is a good option. Cheers.
