Oiso The Curve — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

The manager Moon ( the one in maroon) was very rude, impatient and unprofessional!! I believe she’s from Myanmar!! She stared at my families when we enterrés the place and She even ask me to put the chairs myself when I request to have a table for 11 chairs. Knowing that we arrived at 8pm, she didn’t even bother to let us know the kitchen closes at 845pm and told us the kitch closes at 836pm. I don’t know what did Moon spoken to the kitchen crews cause they all came out and stare at our table. However, the waitress are very patient and polite.

Worst still, Moon is so rude to interrupt my dinner with my families as she shouted at us for giving a bad review! We were all so shocked with such bad attitude and rudeness! She HAS ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN MY FAMILIES FEEL SHE GAVE THEM COLD SHOULDER EVER SINCE THEY STEPPED IN THE RESTAURANT! TO ADD THINGS WORSE, THERE WAS A SHORT GUY FROM THE KITCHEN CAME OUT TO MY TABLE AND STARED AT US!!! WHO THEY THINK THEY ARE TO GIVE US A HARD STARE WHEN WE ARE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!? THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE WE EVER DINE IN DURING OUR HOLIDAY!!!! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD REVISED HOW THEY HIRE SUCH EMPLOYEES OR SEND THEM TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES OR EVEN REVIEW THEIR EMPLOYEES ATTITIDE

The quality of the food isn’t that authentic and instant food taste better than this! The food are served cold and not tasty at all!!

Please don’t bother coming here cause it’s not worth your money! ZERO OUT OF FIVE!!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT, FOR YOUR OWN SANITY! SUCH...

Ordered seafood noodle set and soy garlic chicken set and none tasted like authentic Korean food at all.

Fried chicken was too hard and just underwhelming, seafood noodle tasted exactly like instant noodles and had very few pathetic pieces of seafood (I counted and I only saw about 1 sad lala, 1 very small weird-looking prawn, a couple baby squid tentacles oh yes I wish I was kidding, and 1pc small calamari) - which were most likely frozen too. Couldn’t even eat that one piece of prawn in it as the colour looked so depressing 😐

If I wanted to eat Korean instant ramen, I would’ve gone to a Korean grocery and cooked it at home instead since that would be a lot cheaper (ironically there’s one at The Curve near the restaurant). Both the noodles and the soup in my ramen tasted so artificial I can’t even…………….

And the banchan… there’s kimchi which was alright to be fair, some spinach which was alright too (but then again how do you screw up steamed spinach), and a few very small cuts of oden. Serving was so small I don’t even remember how it tasted like. Also, no refills or at least no refills offered at all.

The two stars I’m leaving are for (1) the ambiance (2) the service which was ok (except one of them started cleaning up our table while we were still eating lols)

Sad but I really think this would be my first and last.

Just my honest feedback. Hope the restaurant takes it constructively and does something about it.

Had lunch with mom yesterday. Food was good. I honestly think they serve one of the best Sundubu jigae. However, the staffs were rude and they were showing attitude to us. A girl named Zue Zue (from her name tag) took our order. She was not that nice. But we tried to brush it off at first. My mom called her for a kimchi refill and she purposely ignored us, while she’s busy checking herself on a small mirror. She was busy fixing her bangs but i saw her giving us a look. So we were served by another woman with long ponytail. She was rude to, she took the plates from my mom quite aggressively. I dont know why was she so mad. My mom asked nicely and shes a soft spoken person. When we were paying the bill at the counter, it was that Zue Zue again. Her attitude is nasty, i wanted to take the receipt and she snapped her hands on the receipt and said “Not this one”. She wasn’t even looking at me but was giving a very sour face. I think the only nice server was a guy, he has a fair skin. He was very friendly and pleasant. I wish the management do something to the rude staffs, perhaps a training on customer service. We just wanted to eat and yall gave the attitude for what. I’d rather go to another oiso outlet after this. Not this branch anymore definitely....
