Sorry to say this. I have been here many times. Quite regular. Just today I had a bad experience with one of your male staf which I don’t know his name. We have been waiting at the table for 10 minutes, normally a staff will come and pass the menu. I thought your staff was very busy so I approached the cashier, a lady which she was nice, to ask the menu. She said she will come to the table. We keep waiting till she finally came to us with the menu. After then, no staff attended us, they keep on passing by. So, since there’s no staff collecting the order, I again approached the cashier but before even reach the counter, one of your male staff stopped me and asked “dah order belum?” so I said “belum”. He immediately replied “ubah table bang, nampak ni tulis the section is closed”. I then said, ohh I didn’t realised and thought the section means that particular few seats which literally circled as it was only that area are closed and the other tables are available. Then I said nicely, “kitorang dah selesa duduk situ, boleh kan?” I added “saya tunggu situ dari tadi takde pun staff bagitahu awal,, jangan tiba-tiba chase out your customer macam ni.” Actually the moment we entered the restaurant the main section was quite occupied with families and available seats are mostly for 6 people and above which was very few. That is why we opted to another section which suitable for two people. Then he said “kalau duduk situ kami tak layan, pindah sana bang,” he told. I then said nicely “janganlah buat macam ni dekat customer, kalau tidak they fell unhappy and go away.” He then repeat, “kalau duduk situ kami tak layan.” I felt that was rude. So again I said nicely “takpalah, saya pergi makan tempat lain, jangan macam ni dengan customer” just to see his reaction. So then he take back the menu, and said “okay”. After then, we mengalah and shift to the other table at the main section. There’s one family which also being asked to move too and they gave the same reaction, reluctant to move. Anyways, of course I felt unwelcome with the treatment. And it was so unpleasant. Then once we finished our food and pay the bill the male staff attended at the cashier, he don’t even apologise for his words. Not even a thank you to us. Nevertheless, that’s fine. To the staff, sorry if you are having tough day today. We hope you are doing fine working there. The other staff was okay and very entertaining. Maybe only that particular staff experiencing some rough day. Sorry for this a little bit bad review. But there’s always a room for improvements right. The other things are fine as always. All the best and...

My disappointment with the service, my family and consisting of nine people including two senior citizens, visited your establishment for what we hoped would be a pleasant dining experience. However, our expectations were not met, primarily due to the subpar service we encountered. The staff, particularly one individual wearing a black hat, exhibited a lack of friendliness and seemed to lack common sense in addressing our concerns. Despite our simple request to use a single long table for our party, we were informed that this was not possible due to the system being updated and HR having already set the seating arrangements. This response was both frustrating and unacceptable, as it detracted from our overall enjoyment of the evening. I believe that the purpose of any system should be to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations, rather than complicating matters and hindering flexibility. It is evident that there are areas in which your staff could benefit from additional training to ensure they are equipped to handle situations such as ours with professionalism and efficiency.I urge you to take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to improve the level of service provided at your...

Edited on 09/5/24: Came here for dinner with my husband. I had buttermilk chicken with steamed rice, while Mr Habibi had grilled beef burger. We shared hot earl grey lavender tea.

The food came fast, but the food was horrible! Buttermilk chicken were tough, nearly unchewable and the gravy tasted more like masak lemak cili padi or coconut milk with Thai chili. My husband's burger was average too, with thick black pepper sauce which made the burger sad.

The only good thing was the tea. Wanted to add a dessert, but none of the service crew knew what is the name of the sweet petit fours in the display glass. So disappointed! How sad it is to see such good, strategic place went down the hill.

Not gonna come again surely. Sad.

Ordered the four mini pastries and Americano at the counter, yet the waiter sent the order somewhere else.

From the four mini pastries - strawberry cream puff, peach strudels, pistachio Paris Brest and ultimate chocolate (might be wrong name! heeh), I would only reorder the chocolate and strawberry cream puff as the other two were so sweet!

However, the atmosphere alone is worth another visit....

I used to patronize the outlet in Cyberjaya at Tamarind Square and am so glad that it finally has an outlet in Putrajaya, where I am staying. The place is huge and and has seatings overlooking the lake towards the Masjid Mizan. It has beautiful decor indoor and an amazing view outdside. The food taste great but a little bit smaller portion than I normally had in Cyberjaya. Maybe 10gm has downsized the size of servings. The staff are nice and helpful and service is fast and efficient. Normally, guests would pay first before food are served. However, here you get to eat first and pay later. Overall I enjoyed the lunch I had here and would patronise this place soon. Parking is available at the surrounding area or the basement parking for Ayer@8. I went recently (18 Nov 2024) for lunch and found that the service is lousy. My meal came with some burnt or leftovers of fries that looked totally unedible. I tood the cashier of this and she apologized which reduced my anger. We pay for food and expect to be served such. I did not take the pictures as I was so mad. I should have done so but am never going to this place again.

Very dissapointing. For the price they charge, they shouldn't be using what i call "ais pasar borong". Their drinks, averaging around RM7-20 uses those cheap ice that are obviously not made of clean water. For such price, they should at least have their own Ice Machine. Besides that, the food was alright. It wasn't bad nor was it good either. I don't see myself paying for the food had i known how it would've ended up tasting like. The spaghetti I ordered was Aglio Olio, however it was watery. Not oily, but watery. I'm a big Aglio Olio fan and i know enough to know that it's not supposed to happen. Maybe they sre trying to promote their own version of "Aglio Olio". The portion were also inconsistent, I ordered Nasi and Spaghetti. The Spaghetti barely filled me while the Nasi is sufficient for 2 people. I understand how restaurant-portions work but the difference was drastic. I don't see myself coming here again. Service however was okay, not superb but average.
