Thai Tomyam Kung Ayer@8 — Restaurant in Putrajaya

The food was okay even though it's a bit pricey. That's fine but what i want to feedback is about a few of your male staff that's showing a really low class attitude towards customer. Belittling our such simple request in a way that we know they menganjing us when we asked for small bowls to fill up our individual tomyam, "MANGKUK KECIK?! WEY DIA NAK MANGKUK KECIK LA" and we asked nicely if in case they have any knife for us to cut a small piece of cake and they were talking to each other by saying "DIA NAK APA LAGI DOH??" "PISAU??" "LAH PISAU PULAK DAH" which seems rude and retarded i must say cause if you dont have you can just say no :/ Also, those male Waiters overheard our conversation and starts mocking and menganjing our topic as well as how we speak. They also keep standing right behind us whenever they got the chance to lol god knows why. Hopefully someone can educate them on not to be rude & low educated at the same time cause it's...

Tried: -roti sarang burung: great -nasi lemak: ok (not fan of too spicy sambal) -nasi ayam: ok -roti canai biasa: not so good, roti tak lembut

Service: A lot of people already comment about their service that not so systematic, and i feel the same. Its understandable if roti canai take long time because tukang buatnya sorang je, but if their ordering & making food workflow not good, people will get angry. Family A order first but Family B that order later get the food first (same food!)

So i really really hope their top management will improve on this. I understand the worker just doing their job very good but the management please jangan lepas tangan.

Place with quite full of people but seating still available. Comfortable capacity seat around 30-40 people. Food presentation and taste quality average but portion commensurate with pricing. Customer service is attentive and personal. Waiting time surprisingly short even with many customers.

Atmosphere is okay, nice and cozy. Internal decorations create a calm cozy ambience with seating arrangements and book racks. Some hanging wall artifacts, drawing and decoration creates a home like feel.

Overall, okay nothing impressive, just an ordinary neighbourhood cafe serving acceptable quality dishes for families or friends. Good place for everyone, friends hangout, family meets...
