Inconsistent experience — won’t be coming back.
I’ve been to this restaurant three times, and each visit was a completely different experience.
First visit: I dined in alone for dinner. Everything was smooth — food, drinks, and service were all good. I left satisfied and was actually looking forward to coming back.
Second visit: Also alone, but this time for takeaway. The place was crowded, which I understood, but I had to keep asking about my order. It took more than an hour to get a simple meal. The waiting and lack of updates started to feel frustrating.
Third visit: I came with my family. We ordered two main dishes, four sides, and a jug of sirap ais. The staff were walking around, looking busy, but clearly disorganized. Tables that ordered after us got their food first. We waited and waited — nothing came. In the end, we cancelled everything and walked out. That was the last straw.
Some other things to note:
Even takeaway drinks like iced Milo can take 20 minutes to prepare, and that’s when it’s not even crowded. Drinks often arrive long after the food — some even after the meal is finished. By then, the ice has melted. Tasks seem divided among the workers, but there’s no clear coordination. The place looks full, giving the impression it’s popular, but in reality, tables take at least 1.5 hours from sitting down to settling the bill. Worst of all: the quality of drinks depends entirely on the mood of the person making them. If they’re in a bad mood or rushing, the taste suffers.
After three very different experiences — ending with disappointment and wasted time — I’ve decided...
Read moreFirst and last time gonna dine here ☹️. We ordered ikan siakap stim limau, kerabu mangga and telur dadar. The service is so so bad the waiter literally see us as we call them and they literally neglect us. Apparently, not just to us but I saw even to some other people they did it as well.
The food taste is so bland and I don’t know what they put in the kerabu mangga, certainly doesn’t taste like other thai restaurants I have been before (in a bad way). The worst part is our ikan siakap served with tepid temperature. Looks like they already cooked it long time before we ordered it. The funny part is our telur dadar (most simplest menu) comes last like 20mins after the siakap. 😅 Can you imagine that? Luckily the telur dadar is still hot.
Overall, definitely I don’t recommend for you to dine here. Find somewhere else that is value for what you will pay for. The restaurant should and seriously consider to train their staff to be more productive and act in...
Read moreOkay so this place was really crowded, it just shows how in demand the food here is. The prices are very affordable and the portion sizes are huge. Their tomyams are the highlight, I tried a best seller called the Mee Pok Tom yam and I understand why that was a best seller, there was a crab, a fish fillet, mussels, mushrooms, shrimps, prawn and even octopus all in that one dish, and it was a pretty big bowl good for sharing for 2 people (or even 3). The drinks are normal- what you'd find at a mamak and they had some shabu shabu thing going on as well, I didn't try it tho so no comments on that.
The largest con for me was the fact that 1. Because of the crowd they did take a while to take the order 2. The order itself took a while to come out, so almost an hour was spent waiting to order and to get seated and then for the food eventually.
The location is super close to putrajaya late entrance so I'd suggest going for a walk there prior to or...
