I want to share my experience take away food from Texas chicken at this outlet. Rude cstmr service I ever face in my life. The cashier (woman) who taking n make my order not friendly at all,taking order without smile n always wif sour face,but I still keep ordering n really don't mind bout that coz I juz want my food to be done. What I mind is she's wrongly didn't put my biscuits which is I order 3pcs inside my take away bag. I juz realized bout dat when I'm ady in da car when I open to check all my order before I make a move. Then I walk back inside da restaurant n talk to her nicely dat I didn't get my biscuits she's even not apologize for her mistake but refused to giv me da biscuits and insist dat she's ady put da biscuits in a plastic bag together wif other food dat I order. She ask me to bring back da take away plactic bag to recheck. I do what she wants but I'm a bit disappointed becoz I really love Texas chicken n hav been cstmr since long ago but now I'm afraid to enter any outlet of Texas chicken anymore. For da girl, u think I'm too cheapskate isn't ?? U think i want to lie for juz rm6.++ ??? Juz want to tell u if I want to lie better I ask something that value more than rm6! If I want I can purchased more than that, what I'm trying to do juz ask what I ady paid n didn't get yet. Dat's it! N clearly dat is ur own mistake not put that order inside my take away bag. Ok if dat's is ur SOP but how bout ur attitude?? U even didn't say single sorry at all to client n no sorry at all at ur face start from first we make order. I really disappointed Texas chicken how come u guys appointed someone sour n moody like her to work as a cashier. If she want to make her own attitude better work somewhere else don't work as a customer service! No excuse if u ady work in dis line! Please change ur attitude if u still keen to work as a costumer service!
forgot to mention dat I ady marks while order dat I want 1spicy chicken n 2 non spicy chicken as I buy 3pcs chicken set but she give me all 3pcs spicy. So my dotter can't even eat da chicken coz it's too spicy for them. Really disappointed wif poor quality service and not alert to what client...
Read moreA casual place to hang out. Located within Caltex petrol station area, although the petrol station itself is not opened yet, crowd here is high especially during lunch hour. So far, I think with better staffing and menu displayed properly, the ordering process can go through smoothly. Menu displayed at back counter is just summary of everything. When your order turns come, you will see a separate menu booklet which displays everything. That makes people to reconsider what to order hence may delay process of taking orders. Texas Chicken it is better than KFC in terms of chicken size and taste. Price wise is quite similar. Parking here is not much, when Caltex starts running, expect less and less parking available. Di kaunter hadapan, jikalau ad org mengandung, ad org OKU, ad wrga emas, TOLONG serve mereka dahulu jikalau boleh. Sistem que number yg kamu guna itu, JGN dipanggil nombor customer kalau pesanan mereka masih BELUM SIAP dan jgn bg mereka tunggu macam org bodoh di depan kaunter selepas kau panggil nombor mereka. Jika ad 1 atau 2 meal yg belum siap ketika nombor dipanggil, tolong bgtahu customer utk tgu sebentar, atau minta cust duduk semula kerana ad bhgn meal yg tak siap lagi. Lagi, nombor que tu juga jgn terlalu banyak skip number hanya kerana nombor berkenaan ad byk order dan nombor seterusnya kurang order. BAYARAN dan CUKAI yg dibayar tetap sama ye saudara saudari Texas Chicken.
Di bhgn drive-true tolong DENGAR pesanan org di speaker Drive-true kamu betul2 dan JANGAN SEKALI-KALI kamu 'potong' percakapan mereka. BIADAP dan KURANG AJAR di situ. Jikalau kamu mmberi alasan kurang dengar, kurang jelas, cukup sekadar kamu org minta customer bercakap lebih JELAS, lebih KUAT. Bukannya potong pesanan yg sedang dibuat. Juga tolong korek telinga, mungkin telinga kamu yg pekak. Juga, baiki cara pakai earpiece kamu, mungkin terlalu banyak lapisan tudung kamu pakai di bhgn telinga. Juga, panggil org tech utk baiki sistem kamu, mungkin speaker di bhgn customer yg 'x cantek', mungkin juga speaker di bhgn servis yg 'x cantek'. Anyway panggil la org tech utk improve barang servis kamu orang, bkn nya salahkan customer cakap x jelas dsbg nya. Bagaimana jikalau customer kamu OKU percakapan, sengau, sumbing atau memang vocal cord tak bole cakap kuat2 ??
Sangat2 mengecewakan, sedangkan pam minyak belum beroperasi. Lokasi dah strategik sgt2 utk bisnes, tapi staff pulak kurang CERDIK. Minta tolong ya kepada owner ini tempat.
I'll be back with better expectation and improvement, and then I'll write a better review as well.
