I always coming here bought some coffee. Taste great and got assist with some guy staff.Amazing service from them. But, this is the first time I got assist with this red hair girl staff. I think her name is Siti Nurliyana appear in receipt as the cashier. Please Im the only customer at the that time and not even busy. Even so it is your job to do. But, she assist me with no smile on her face? Even I greet her with smile but she taking my order and act so arrogant. You are the owner is it? But somehow you appear to be very happy and cheerful with other male staff. What is this behaviour? And when the order is ready you don’t even thanked me not even with smile. This coffee bean outlet always charged you more than what you ordered. Cth: you order dry iced americano then they will ask nak strong coffee or not. You will expect nothing out of it la kan but they are actually wanting to charge you more for an extra shot. It is the way they promote it slyly with twisting their words yg annoying. So always be careful when these worker suggesting anything. Not to add when they tiba2 add sugar la powder la or upsize ur drink that u never asked for. The place is quite warm for a coffee shop and the environment is not cozy to work in due to the small size. Also, the staff were noisy at times; making jokes, then laughed like crazy out loud. For a cafe, this is unacceptable as customers may want to do work and need to concentrate. Also, the coffee is quite pricey for what you get, almost close to Starbucks level, just not as good.
