Iām giving it 4-star for the overall experience and based on other peopleās food, not mine š Iām a big fan of polo bun. Ever since I had the polo bun at Oriental Kopi in KL, I've been searching for a good one in KK but sadly I havenāt found any that matches Oriental Kopi, maybe Iām biased.
This polo bun is completely different from what I expected. I think itās steamed rather than baked, Iām not sure. Itās a good size, itās huge! Flavours are nice actually, not toooo sweet and I could taste butter. But the texture is off to me. Itās not crispy at all. Maybe other people might like it but not me.
However, the plus points: good variety of options. I think itās going for the Nanyan Kopitiam style but with a Sabahan twist, they feature all the local noodles like Kota Belud mee etc. Many customers ordered that and it looked good! The lady boss at the cashier is friendly and patient, the environment is clean. Well decorated for a kopitiam. Iād come back to try other dishes.
Hope they can improve their polo...

Honestly la, I ordered the duck really donāt mind to add few ringgit for the soup kosong if tell in advanced. The duck dish not cheap too.

Waiter: some part-time staff need proper training. Serve food but no etiquette. Just throw the plate on the table while standing as far as possible from the table extending the hand to put the plate down. Are you implying something to avoid from your customers?
Food: asked for Fried Rice. NASI goreng but served with 80% fried BERAS. Topping ingredients clearly stated on the bill are still wrongly prepared by the kitchen.
