This is not the regular soto jawa or soto melayu. The broth is rather thick more like stew but lighter with generous meat portions. The taste isn't like the jawa or melayu version but more like ngu chap with strong taste of species. They have regular beef and chicken, and special added with prawn ball. I tasted the original. At first bite, i found it not to my liking. But as i move on to my third bite, i think it is not that bad. Then tried the fish head soup. Now that is my first time eating non fried fish head soup! The smell rather fishy i think due to the fish selection not using the regular red snapper fish. But as you ignore the smell and bite one, it isn't that bad. You will grow either to like it or hate it.
Service wise from taking order to being served with the food, it took about 11 minutes. Acceptable speed to my standard but can be improved. Pricing is fine starting at RM8 for the regular soto. Will i come again? If carving for different taste of soto,...

And am not gonna lie, prices are slightly on the steep end, but once awhile go treat yourselves. Portions are worth the...
