I was really shock to see the staff handling food without proper hygiene practices. One of them was wearing gloves while baking bread.. but then he touched the rack, the cashier machine, and even knocked on the table—all without changing or washing their hands..😱 Then touched again that bread.. Omg. That was my food. 😰Wearing gloves is meant to protect the food, not just the hands . I hope proper food safety training will be reinforced with the team... Portion was generous, but the chicken was very (tough and dry).🙄 For dishes like rendang or kari ayam, the chicken should be tender and cooked until it's soft and flavorful. It seems like the chicken was pre-cooked earlier and just mixed with the curry or rendang paste upon order. This really affects the texture and overall taste... I like to eat here but I have a bad experience twice. 1st I waited for my boiled egg around 30min and I have to asked the waiter where is my food. Then she responded "oh memang ada suda ampai² di kaunter tapi tidak Tau siapa punya' The 2nd one happened today 1.6.25, I ordered 6 sets of toast bread & waited for like half an hour .
